The lawless machine is breaking down… it’s not so well oiled anymore!
It’s blowing up just like the EV’s they are pushing! Especially when they run through slow moving and standing waters! (Sorry Elon, it is what it is.)
Fake news really thought they could continue to make up their own fantastic stories and hide behind a shield of “commentary and fake sources”…. well they are finding out that only works when citizens and lawless courts look the other way. But, with all things there comes a point when… enough is enough and defamation is dealt with.
I guess they thought they could just keep destroying Trump’s name and brand all they wanted and any way they wanted. They had no clue they were on a runaway rope with a big lawful hand at the end of it when it ran out and now…. it yanked back and they are looking at a really hard to deny lawsuit!
Truth Social posted a statement about its lawsuit Monday evening stating:
“Today Truth Social filed a defamation lawsuit that is likely unprecedented in history, incorporating twenty publications – and even more may be added. All of them published the same false information about Truth Social and refused to fully retract their stories.
“To the Fake News outlets that think themselves above accountability: we’ll see you in court.”

I’m sure we still have a few good judges left who will go by the law and not the lawless precedent set by Pelosi et al, and their infamous “wrap up smear” campaigns. The tactic is a known weaponization of hearsay! That defamation weapon is not going to play out when it comes to Truth Social. Hopefully going after the head of the snake will spill over to all of their little satellite subsidiaries! Who knows, it just may start an avalanche of other lawsuits? It’s time people stop getting smeared to aid political machines and corrupt systems.
President Trump filed his lawsuit on November 20, 2023 in Sarasota County, Florida. Many of the Florida local news outlets haven’t seemed to headline this yet. Gee, I wonder why?
Donald Trump’s law suit involving Truth Social is historic! He is suing 20 major media companies including the CNBC, and Forbes! The lawsuit is asking for $1.5 BILLION in damages caused by their lies!
The Palm Beach Post reported that “Trump Media and Technology Group, the organization behind former President Donald Trump’s social media platform, Truth Social, has filed a lawsuit for $1.5 billion in Sarasota County against more than 20 media organizations for allegedly “falsely reporting that TMTG had lost $73 million.”
“The complaint for libel/slander, filed in circuit court on Monday, states that at least 20 major media outlets reported the same loss within 24 hours of each other and each cited a Securities and Exchange Commission report as to where they found the amount. However, the complaint states that the $73 million loss doesn’t appear in the report. Since Trump Media and Technology Group is headquartered in Sarasota in an office on Cattlemen Road, the lawsuit was filed in the 12th Judicial Circuit Court.
“This was a coordinated effort to damage TMTG’s reputation, degrade the firm’s financial standing, freeze its access to capital, and torpedo the anticipated merger between Digital World Acquisition Corporation (“DWAC”) and TMTG,” according to the complaint.
The news organizations listed in the complaint include: the Miami Herald and its executive editor Alex Mena, the McClatchy Company, Reuters, Daily Mail, Newsweek, New York Daily News, MSNBC, Forbes, Axios Media, CNBC, Guardian News, Rolling Stone, The Daily Beast Company, G/O Media, Gizmodo, Salon.com, Mediaite, DMG Media LTD, Hollywood Reporter, Nexstar Media, The Hill, Deadline Hollywood, Accretive Capital, Benzinga, and MarketWatch.com.

Meanwhile, Elon Musk at X, filed what he called a “thermonuclear” defamation lawsuit against Media Matters, the left-wing activist organization.
Media Matters pressured companies to drop their ads on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, based on a report claiming their ads would show up next to white supremacist posts.
Musk denied the report and accused Media Matters of falsifying data in order to damage his company. Musk stated, “The discovery and depositions will be glorious to behold.”
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, opened up a probe into Media Matters following Elon Musk’s lawsuit. Musk’s high-profile defamation lawsuit against Media Matters also landed in the hands of District Judge Mark Pittman, a Donald Trump appointee with a history of rulings favorable to conservative causes. In other words he goes by a justice system based on law and order, with a bill of rights and constitution, and not the two tiered system where right is wrong, and wrong is right.
I am sure both Elon Musk and President Trump are looking forward to their day in court and full disclosure of all of their discoveries.
What will we ever do if all the truth is exposed? Perhaps we will be ushering in the law and order again? Reclaiming America as a sovereign nation and sending the B.A.R. back across the pond to the Crown?

Radio fatigue in 1942 is the equivalent to Fake News fatigue in 2023. It’s a mind control weapon!
Sometimes you just need to turn it all off, especially when it is the same negative report repeated over and over again. They use this because it works to instill fear, despair, cause depression and everything that radio fatigue caused in 1942. Today they use graphic videos, crisis actors and dramatization of things that are made with special effects and totally fabricated. Don’t watch it. Turn it off and talk to God instead. When you hear the report, don’t let social media suck you into watching it over and over… walk away from it. Remove yourself from their mind control concentration camp. Read the Word of God and build your faith! Rest from time to time, it will do you some good!!”
Quite simply it is gaslight central – propaganda mind control…repeated to sink into your subconcious mind so you will believe a lie and or fear what is coming upon the earth. Fear causes a person to die a thousand deaths over something that isn’t even happening or true. It depletes your immune system and causes emotional stress that leads to poor decisions and ill health both physical and mental. That is how the devil works in your head. It’s a fiery dart. Put up your shield of faith and call on the Lord to rebuke the devil and he shall flee! That is a fact.
Stay with God, talk to Him unceasing and hold the line. God will fight your battles, just be ready to do what he will have you to do. Sometimes he asks you to be still and know that I am with you. Amen.

My husband and I were just talking about how it’s our faith in God that gets us through these times. We do not fear anything because we know that He is in charge.
