Now back to the EU, Innovation Hub Warfighting 2040 report: The Executive Summary states that in 2040 it will be marked by a deregulated world where a wide number of actors will vie for power.
Excuse me… but isn’t that already taking place now, and hasn’t that been going on for ions?
They go on to say that many factors have changed the world, such as climate change and caused a lasting disorder, particularly in terms of security? We all know by now that climate change is a hoax as far as nature goes, but it is very real in regard to manmade weather engineering and scalar DEW weapons that burn trees inside out and incinerate an entire city like Lahaina, Maui and they can do that on a whim.
The 5 and 6 G weaponry is deadly for man, beast, and all creation. However, they go on to describe that in this “disorder”, new actors have emerged and consolidated their “power” at the expense of states and international institutions that have become impotent while the world has become “de-Westernized, paving the way for the Sinicisation of the world.
Which makes me wonder whose technology was used to zap Lahaina?
Now this word “sinicisation” also spelled “sinicization” was interesting and I had to look it up. I found the definition interesting as it related to China and its culture and assimilation. “Sinicization, sinofication, sinification, or sinonization (from the prefix sino-, ‘Chinese, relating to China’) is the process by which non-Chinese societies or groups are acculturated or assimilated into Chinese culture, particularly the language, societal norms, culture, and ethnic identity of the Han Chinese—the largest ethnic group of China.”
So it appears they are involved and okay with China dominating the world? Which makes sense considering their electric car push and support of cobalt mining by children in African nations, etc. But, then again, remember that all nations have been infiltrated by the KM Oligarchs. They go on to say that the character of warfare has also changed. So the purpose of the Innovation Hub Warfighting 2040 Project, they say is seeking to conduct an independent future analysis of the operating environment. This, they believe, will inform concept development writers with an alternative assessment of the future informed by non-traditional NATO sources and will result in a more ROBUST AND COMPLETE CAPTSTONE CONCEPT. i.e. We who make up humanity are no longer looked upon as being human beings with our own thoughts, feelings, choices and a soul. To the new Innovation Hub of Warfighting… we are as cogs in their machine to transhumanize to live in servitude at the will and pleasure of the world of Satan.
They have to take away free will which is the process of the mind in order to slay the followers of God Almighty… and take away the Holy Spirit and the power each child of God holds.
They started out by stripping key books of the Prophets from public knowledge, deeming them unorthodox. Then they went into merging pagan religious practices with scripture, then misinterpretations of the Word and a push of dogma in its place. Then rewriting translations and interpretations, then trying to hide the Holy Spirit from all God’s children, and a number of other things leading up to where we are today… yet, try as they do, they have still not been able to slay God’s remnant. So now it is all out war on our minds and it appears now they have decided to just go inside of our head and destroy it. I do believe God will not allow His children to be harmed, nor free will to be destroyed by crazy lunatics filled with demonic spirits, for He promised He would be with us and God always keeps His promises.
As for their Robust and Complete Capstone Concept…..translated, this means more mis and disinformation propaganda and control over what people can think, own, do, eat, and how they can live in their new Orwellian Capstone Concept world. Total surveillance, total control over humanity or what is left of it, SMART cities, TRANSHUMANISM, and you are a bot, living in a bot world. You are A.I. “ink blot” bots.
So what is a Cap Stone? It is the top of the pyramid… the ben, ben cap.
A capstone concept is a unifying vision for how the joint force must adapt and evolve to counter future challenges.
In college, a capstone project is a final independent project undertaken in a program of study designed to assess the skills, knowledge, and expertise acquired by the student23. It is a final academic endeavor where students apply their knowledge and skills to tackle real-world issues or delve into specific areas of interest3. The U.S. Army Capstone Concept provides a framework to help Army leaders think about future war, guide Army modernization and describe what the Army must do as part of the joint force to achieve the nation’s strategic objectives.
On the other hand, the US Armed Forces have their own Capstone Concept for Joint Operations. The following information is from 2012, I am sure there have been many advancements and updates since this was written.
From the 2012 report: “2. The Future Security Environment Sustaining U.S. Global Leadership identifies ten primary missions through which the Joint Force will protect U.S. national interests:
· Counter terrorism and irregular warfare · Deter and defeat aggression · Project power despite anti-access/area denial challenges 2 · Counter weapons of mass destruction · Operate effectively in cyberspace and space · Maintain a safe, secure, and effective nuclear deterrent · Defend the homeland and provide support to civil authorities · Provide a stabilizing presence · Conduct stability and counterinsurgency operations · Conduct humanitarian, disaster relief, and other operations.
“The Joint Force will accomplish these missions in a security environment characterized by several persistent trends: the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, the rise of modern competitor states, violent extremism, regional instability, transnational criminal activity, and competition for resources. Armed conflicts will be inevitable in such an environment—as will be opportunities for cooperation and peaceful competition.”
“These are some of the continuities. We also anticipate differences going forward. The diffusion of advanced technology in the global economy means that middleweight militaries and non-state actors can now muster weaponry once available only to superpowers. The proliferation of cyber and space weapons, precision munitions, ballistic missiles, and anti-access and area denial capabilities will grant more adversaries the ability to inflict devastating losses. These threats place our access to the global commons at risk, target our forces as they deploy to the operational area, and can even threaten forces at their points of origin.
“Meanwhile, adversaries continue to explore asymmetric ways to employ both crude and advanced technology to exploit U.S. vulnerabilities. Consequently, the capability advantage that U.S. forces have had over many potential adversaries may narrow in the future. Adversaries will not only have more advanced capabilities in every domain. More of them will have the ability to simultaneously fight across multiple domains. Space and cyberspace will play a particularly important role in the years ahead. As these domains figure more prominently in the projection of military power, operations in them will become both a precursor to and integral part of armed combat in the land, maritime and air domains. The report covers how digital technology has been altering command and control within our own military and between military and civilian leaders. They say, “Just as commanders now have greater connectivity with their subordinates, national command authorities will enjoy extensive visibility of joint operations, changing how military and political leaders relate as operations unfold.
“In this new global political environment—distinguished by digital networks and worldwide flows of capital, material, people, and information—the geography of threats and crises grow more complex. While most security challenges remain rooted in a place or region, many will be driven by—and in turn drive—transnational dynamics. In a world where fragile critical infrastructure is widely connected to the internet, and in which sabotage and terrorism have profound effects, adversaries can also more easily escalate a conflict laterally, including to the U.S. homeland.”
They warn that in such a world, the dimensions of any particular security challenge may not align with existing boundaries or command structures. Likewise, the conventions by which wars are fought are no longer as settled as they once were. Notions of who is a combatant and what constitutes a battlefield in the digital age are rapidly shifting beyond previous norms.
And so, here we are in World War III, and the battlefield has shifted. We are in it.

They totally underestimated the remnant of God and those called out. They totally don’t understand how the Holy Spirit moves within the person. Add to that, their non belief in God Almighty, and you see they have already lost and they will not be able to stop the storm that is barreling toward them like a locomotive!
This is not for the good of humanity. It is designed to take over humanity with total control.

They say: Existing research documents various ethical considerations relating to autonomous weapons systems raised by International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC). These considerations include potential challenges pertaining to:
*The principles of distinction (i.e. distinguishing between combatants and civilians in the battlefield). *Proportionality (i.e. balance of the loss of life and damage in relation to the expected military advantage). * Military necessity (i.e. inflicting damage on an enemy only in pursuit of military objectives). *Unnecessary suffering (i.e. prohibiting systems or \weapons causing excessive injury or unnecessary suffering).

They say “Future development and uptake of autonomous systems in the European context is likely to be determined by the extent to which systems are able to comply with these principles. Autonomous systems raise a serious ethical challenge for decision making on the use of force, as the consequences of the use of autonomous systems are generally less predictable, with the links between intention and consequences appearing more diluted or removed.
“These factors underpin emerging international consensus on the necessity to establish and ensure meaningful human control. I have another question I’d like to ask the readers here… Do you dream? Do you remember them? Have the dreams intensified lately? I ask because I m dreaming more than I have ever in my life. And, the dreams lately always seem to include me praying and having miracles happening. The dreams have been profound and very long. I could tell you about many but I’ll start with the one I had last night….. John and I were on 441 headed toward Clayton in mountain city. Suddenly we knew we had to take cover because ‘the scourge’ was about to pass over. We seemed to know what this was in the dream and took cover in this building with other people. I was sitting next to the wall and realized John wasn’t by me anymore. He was sitting in the middle of the room talking to this woman. And he acted like he didn’t know who I was and got annoyed with me when I tried to shake him out of it. I realized he was possessed or something and said “be gone devil! “As I I left to try to make my way home on foot. I had to take cover in this place because the scourge came back. It turned out to be a candy shop and my friend Wendy were there! I was shocked to see her. She were eating those creamy wedding mints with the nonperrells on them. You know the ones that are pastel colored and about the size of a quarter? Well I wanted some and went to look where she told me they were and couldn’t find them. Suddenly, I remembered the woman I saw fall in the mud quicksand stuff that I was on my way to help when I had to duck inside the candy shop and saw her. I told her “don’t move! I’ll be back to get you. It’s dangerous outside” and I left to go help the woman in the mud. After a bunch of obstacles I finally got back to the mud pit and she was gone. The Holy Spirit told me to “hurry home. Don’t waste any time. Run!” And so I started running back home. I was in Mountain City and by the time I got to Clayton my husband John finally showed up. The real John this time and he was like “where did you go? Why did you leave?”. Suddenly I realized it was all a mind trick! Wendy was never in the candy shop and there was never a woman in the mud. It was all a mind fuck done to my by the devil! So we hauled ass to make it home. The dream ended with us going about 50-60 miles an hour on the river road and I was praying for supernatural protection because we seemed to be on two wheels most of the time. When we got home it was dark and I was watching out the window. I saw movement in the full moon light and was struggling to see what it was. I thought at first it was an owl because it was creeping on the ground and I could see it’s horned feathers. Suddenly I realized it was a horrible looking gargoyle looking demon thing. The dream ended with me screaming at John “shoot it bay! Get that f##cker!”

I know I do, but only have vague if any at all memories of them.
Try writing them down and praying to remember the dreams. I was shocked that as soon as I started writing them down I began remembering almost all of them. Sometimes there are pieces that are lost. But the more I ask the Spirit to help me remember, the more I have. And my dreams have gotten so Spiritual. I don’t ever remember dreaming about God or praying or the Holy Spirit. Now, they are all major parts of my dreams. It’s really cool!

That dream has many aspects to it. In a short but not thorough understanding… I discerned the wedding mints were tied to the marriage supper of the lamb, (the false rapture interpretation) where they are taken away and dining at a marriage feast while the poor suffering left behind are stuck here to go through God’s wrath, which none of that is what the Lord said, but what man has said. Tricked by the devil. You could not find any of the mints because you knew the truth. The Word of God clearly shows that the marriage supper of the Lamb is a battle against the wicked and God calls the fowls of the air to feast on the bodies of those etc. Revelation 19-20. This cross references with the parable of the wedding feast in Matthew 22 and Luke 14. And is further explained in the parable of the wheat and the tares. Matthew 13 which cross references with Revelation 14 of the harvest.
The woman in the mud… miry clay… for iron and clay do not mix. The Holy Spirit told you to hurry home… (don’t get stuck in the miry clay) iron and clay do not mix. Don’t fall for the deceit. Stay the course. The ride on two wheels… wow that sounds like going through the insane inside out type of crazy we are watching. You said you could see, “Wendy was never in the candy shop and there was never a woman in the mud.” showing the deceit in the interpretations that many have been indoctrinated with.
I recently heard a pastor teach on the disciples and it was a very good message and I was going to share the video but the Lord nudged me to look into more of his videos and as I did, I saw he had some good pearls and a lot of miry clay and indoctrination of falsehoods. I could not share it. For others would look at the falsehoods in his other messages and be misled. This is what has happened inside the churches… the good sprinkled in with the dogma. It makes for a very slippery slope. And it works for the devil for if we get lured in with the truth and then believe it all to be truth, we fall for the indoctrination. When watching with reference and the Holy Spirit, we know the truth and the lies. Those without a point of reference of scripture are easily swayed into false teachings. We all need to cling to God and the Holy Spirit with every breathe we take. In the name of Jesus. Amen. I will ponder this more… only you can pray to God and the Holy Spirit for the meaning it was given to you. I am only sharing what it appears like to me. I am failable. Amen.

I will be printing out all your reports and giving them to my neighbors who refuses to have internet but are very awake and interested in our current state of events. This is a little off topic, but this verse in revelations destroys the Big Spinning Ball Earth in the Big Vast Universe Imagination.
Revelation 6:13 KJV – 13 And the stars of heaven FELL UNTO the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
It’s clearly something above, falling DOWN like figs from a tree when shaken.
Also, it is something that is sitting STILL and with roots that would be shaken, otherwise we have stars flying in all directions, and the earth flying apart in all directions because it’s spinning x3.
3rdly, if the stars of heaven are able to fall to the earth, they are not as science has reported them to be, huge balls of fire like the sun. Enoch told clearly that the stars were just light, and the sun was FIRE & LIGHT.
