President Trump speaks out about deranged Jack Smith who wants to take away his first amendment rights.
It appears Jack Smith has urged the court to impose a gag order on Donald Trump in election overturn case. “Prosecutors say their proposed order is “a narrow, well defined restriction” that aims to prevent disinformation, threats and “prejudicing” the case.”
The order would stop Trump from making any statements about the identity, testimony, or credibility of prospective witnesses and stop him from making any statements about any party, witness, attorney, court personnel, or potential jurors that are disparaging and inflammatory, or intimidating! Talk about election interference! I have a feeling President Trump’s attorneys will be pushing back very hard against this one. On top of being unconstitutional… it could back fire on them due to his own Executive Order against election interference. We’ll see.
