Which bring us to ask… How many of these pictured below, who were once 1.0’s are now 2.0’s and how many are totally removed?
While most people want to blame the democrats and liberals for a nation in decline… perhaps the real reason for the decline is apathy from God’s people.
Sure we the people were led astray by a corrupt system, and yes we were indoctrinated with all sorts of garble from the pulpits of “Don’t worry, be happy and live your best life now”, and all sorts of indoctrination of things like, “Not my problem for I won’t be here, me and my house are flying away leaving our shoes and clothes on the plane.” Which are not words that Jesus ever said, nor are they written. I am still waiting for someone to show me the scripture where he tells his disciples not to fear for they will be raptured up before great tribulation ever begins. Pay no attention to the scriptures where he tells them to sell their cloak and buy a sword for the days ahead are going to be tough.
It always boggles my head when people act like nothing in history was as bad as their stock markets about to crash? Or the price of groceries, gas and electric going up. All the while there were many in their own cities and towns who could never afford the same and they did not bother to see such ones in their struggles of working two and three jobs to make ends meet?
But, today the shepherds shout of “Wars and rumors of wars”. Especially today in Gaza as a sign of the times of great tribulation… even forgetting the destruction of Jerusalem in 70AD and the deaths of the people so great that Josephus, the Jewish historian wrote there was no one to put them in graves and the vultures ate their flesh, in addition to the temple and walls completely destroyed and in ruin.
Not to mention the deaths and persecutions of the first followers of the way that has continued on to this very day. Yet, those complacent in Laodicea have not seen the need to buy the gold tried in the fire for they are awaiting a rapture to be wisped away in the air, while all those who are left behind with their clothes on, will be going through the hell on earth and great tribulation. The same type of hell on earth that is now taking place in Gaza and those in the J-6 hostage jail. Not to mention all those we have watched over the years being persecuted and killed in China, Iran, Aftica and other parts of the world.
Forget the merging of roman gods and goddesses with the followers of the way in 325AD, and forget the mass killing of those who would not accept indoctrination in the years following. Forget the wars and rumors of wars in the name of God as they set out in the great crusades to kill, steal and destroy in the name of God for church and state. Forget the dark ages and the protestants tortured and killed in the streets to make examples of any and all heretics who dare go against the papal dictates of what is to be believed and what is not to be believed.
Pay no attention to the Papal Bull’s set forth over the ages, like Dum Da Versa that allowed discoverers to kill, steal and destroy from anyone in the world who was not a Christian. That was not great tribulation. Forget the war after war after war… and destruction, persecution between Catholic and protestant that continue on to this day in various nations. Forget the wars between Muslims and Christians and all the mayhem in that. Do not look at the Revolutionary war or the war of 1812, the civil war, world war 1 when the Orthodox Christian Russia was turned into communism with the murder of the royal family of the Tsars in the Bolshevik Revolution. Forget the reign of Hitler which murdered not only Jews but many more Christians, even wiping out all in Poland. And peace followed? No, what followed was the Korean War, the Viet Nam era of war, only to be replaced by wars in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Africa and Arab Spring’s toppling of nations?
Forget that during the same time of the UN house of peace, peace…the ongoing wars in Israel that have continued to this very day…and only had a small moment of peace in 2018 after 70 years of the years of a king… followed up by a stolen election and Netanyahu back in his reign of attacks on Palestine… today wanting to genocide an entire race of people?
These are just a few of the things we have seen since the days of Jesus when He said there would be great tribulation… for there are many, many more events such as the killings of Christians in the Circus Maximus of Rome under Nero and other Caesars. So, I guess it just depends on what has happened to them before one says there is tribulation? … and many who fear and lack faith shall be as it says in Proverbs 22:13, “The slacker says there is a lion outside, I will be slain in the streets.”
Have we not been told? Have we not been warned? Was it not the Lord Jesus who told us If they will do this to a green tree, what will they do to a dry?
That all being said… this cold modified weathered day is the day of the Iowa Caucus. The people shall brave the storm and we shall see what takes place and if there are any surprises that the wicked ones are able to prosper in.
Meanwhile, remember these are the days of Noah…and Sodom and Gomorrah… and trial and tribulation great. Never before has the entire world all at once been turned upside down and inside out in all out spiritual warfare both in the flesh and in the mind. Come out from her my people… and buy from me gold tried in the fire is the WORD OF THE LORD. He did not say… fear not for I will rapture all you in Laodicea… I approve of the ways of the complacent lukewarm generation… carry on and live your best life now.
The Lord knows the state of the complacent and he knows they have been led by false shepherds or simply proud ones… he says to them In Rev. 3:20 “Behold, I stand at the door and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.” He is knocking to all who will hear and open and see what is His truth.
The city of Laodicea was wealthy and self-sufficient. That same attitude was clear in their church. The people were well off and in need of nothing. They were focused on their worldly wealth and their own affairs, even in the church. They were the example of success in the eyes of the world, so much like the USA, Inc. appeared to be. This was the place for self made men in business. The church was lacking living their best life now. It was the role model for the evangelical mega church model where people paid their money and did their own thing. They had pretty much pushed the Lord out, doing their own idea of church.
We are so much like Laodicea…and today we are under chastisement. That is plain and simple to see. Even those in Laodicea land are shouting a lion is coming and you are all going to be slain!!! They reap lots of go fund me for shouting such things.
The Lord had much to say to all the churches, but to Laodicea he was most yearning to open their eyes and ears… even knocking at the door for the end of those who won’t open and see and hear was not going to be good at all. They would be spit out of his mouth. They will be cold and naked and wanting.
Revelation 3:14-22
14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
There are many shouting out from their platforms that the Anti-Christ spirit is returning…some are shouting it is here as though it was gone for a while or never here since the time of Christ? Through the ages the church has pointed at every evil figure as the anti Christ, even in the days of the first followers of the way of Jesus. Paul’s letter to the church in Thessalonians addressed this, even saying to them…who told you this? You have not heard such things from me. And he explained what must happen first for the people were told they were in the day of the wrath of the Lord and the lawless one was Caesar for he was persecuting them and his armies were killing followers.
In 1 Thessalonians, 2:14-15, Paul said, “14 For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews: 15 Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men:”
Paul is explaining that this is a persecution, even as the first followers suffered from the Jews and although it is great, it is not the wrath of God poured out. This is Satan’s wickedness and it is not new, and has been the way of evil men from ancient days. Why was Paul explaining all of this? When you read the chapter in its fullness, you see someone had told them the so called gathering (rapture) had already occurred and now they were left behind and the wrath of God was upon them all. So Paul has to tell them that these tribulations and persecutions are of the sons of the wicked ones and the same wicked ones who killed Jesus and the prophets. That same spirit of anti-christ that was spoken of by John in 1,2, and 3 John.
In 1Thessalonians 3:4-5 Paul tells them, “4 For verily, when we were with you, we told you before that we should suffer tribulation; even as it came to pass, and ye know. 5 For this cause, when I could no longer forbear, I sent to know your faith, lest by some means the tempter have tempted you, and our labour be in vain.
There will be a gathering for the Lord went to prepare a place for us. It is mentioned in Revelation Chapter 20 after Satan is bound for a thousand years and then after that, is loosed for a little while which has not yet taken place. Read the chapter and ask the Holy Spirit to show you for it is clear. Then, after that, in Chapter 21 there is a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
Revelation 21:2-4 “2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Read the entire chapter 21 and 22 and see this is the Grand Finale of God and His people are joined together for all eternity. The tree of life is there and all who are of the Lord God. Amen.
Today, we are in a battle against the ruler of this world and all of Satan’s evil host.
This is the very same battle that Jesus warned his disciples of and said it would be great tribulation. All of these great evils and they have been very torturous and great, are the battles of principalities and powers of darkness that rule this world and we are all going through trials and tribulations. There are no free passes…but there is divine intervention for those who love the Lord and follow the commandments of God. Which today, the new covenant, and the same one promised to Adam, to Abraham, To Moses, and to all of God’s people is the fulfillment of the five and a half days… 5,500 years and Christ coming as the final atonement for sin and now we are living stones that make up the temple of God… each one for the Holy Spirit now resides in all who have faith and we are one with God our Father through Jesus His Son. And God has not left us alone… He is with us and who then can be against us? Put on the full armor of God that we may stand in the wicked day. Read Ephesians chapter 6.
Ephesians 6:12, “12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
Pray unceasing and talk to the Holy Spirit and be ready when God tells you what to do to do it!
