We know for a fact that weather modification has and is being used to create monster weather that harms citizens. That is a crime against humanity.
Article IV of the Outer Space Treaty prohibits placing in orbit around the earth any objects carrying nuclear weapons or any other kinds of weapons of mass destruction (WMD). It also prohibits the testing and the deployment of any kind of weapon on the moon or other celestial bodies.
However in 2002, under President George W. Bush, That treaty became null and void with his war on terror.
The Anti-Ballistic Missile (ABM) Treaty temporarily provided a prohibition against the testing or deploying of weapons in space (other than weapons of mass destruction). While there is no definition of WMDs under international law, it is generally taken to include nuclear, chemical, radiological and biological weapons.

Under the Trump administration, President Trump took the U.S. out of the Iran nuclear agreement and the Paris climate accord. He also withdrew the US from the c U.N. Human Rights Council and the U.N.’s educational and cultural organization, UNESCO. And of course… the Biden Regime undid all of that. But where does that all stand now that the USA, Inc. is bankrupt?

These loser lizards are desperate and they are fighting tooth and nail to kill, steal, and destroy America and all its people are merely numbers to cross off on their lizard depopulation wish list.
