As Moses Faced The RED SEA – So Is America and The World!

When Moses and the Hebrews left Egypt, it wasn’t long after and Pharaoh had a change of heart and sought to go after them.

“The Midrash tells us that, seeing the approaching Egyptian army, the Jewish people were divided into four camps. There were those who said, “Let us throw ourselves into the sea.” A second group said, “Let us return to Egypt.” A third faction argued, “Let us wage war upon the Egyptians.” Finally, a fourth camp advocated, “Let us pray to God.”

Which camp are you in?

The Midrash is the authoritative collection of critical interpretation that digs into the true meaning of the oral tradition of Jewish law and forming the first part of the Talmud. It offers details of events in scriptures, such as the book of Exodus that our Bible version doesn’t.

That being said…

It always serves us well to learn of the original account of what was taught and written. Or at least I feel so. It is for our own edification to have an understanding from these teachings of the old testament for there are many things that we read without understanding customs and tradition that theologians of our present day don’t mention and aren’t told to us by our pastors. Instead we banter back and forth over things like what translation to read and the result is the most read Bible is the one written in what I call Shakespeare with “thus saith the Lord”, and all the proper “Verily, verily I say unto you”, English prose in a style that no one speaks today at all. And then have the nerve to argue over whether it was transcribed from Greek or Hebrew… when those who venture out on their own find it was Aramaic that our Lord Jesus spoke to the masses.

Now I am not learned in Torah, Midrash, Talmud or any of the various writings… and I don’t pretend to be. I am merely offering in this blog an insight that I hope offers hope to our dilema we face this very day with the world being shaken inside out.

So, let us begin… According to the Midrash,

When the Jews returned to Israel from the Babylonian exile and rebuilt the Second Temple, they spoke mostly Aramaic. Hebrew, the “holy tongue,” was reserved for holy matters, such as prayer, and was not used for ordinary social and commercial activities. The Talmud was written in Aramaic, the language of the masses, so that it would be accessible to all. After all, the goal of study is to understand what has been learned so that it can be incorporated into our lives.

So let us look at the “Oral Writings” of the Exodus out of Egypt in the Talmud. Particularly the Red Sea Moment!

Which lead us back to the question I offered above….that is….”Which camp are you in?” Today, we are hearing some of the same shouts from the masses that Moses heard when they hit the Red Sea with no where to go. To pray to God was the option Moses took … at least until God spoke to him.

The oral writings in the Midrash tell us what God had to say about the matter giving that passage a 3-D visual insight that drives the message home a bit harder. Here is the part we don’t see in our Bible about that event….

Nachshon: The Trailblazer

How did the splitting of the sea happen? According to the Midrash, it was motivated by a man named Nachson, the prince of the tribe of Judah. The sages share the following account:

When Israel stood facing the Red Sea, and the command was given to move forward, each of the tribes hesitated, saying, “We do not want to be the first to jump into the sea.”

Nachshon saw what was happening—and jumped into the sea.

At that moment Moses was standing and praying. God said to him, “My beloved ones are drowning in the stormy seas, and you are standing and praying?”

Moses replied, “Master of the world, what am I to do?”

Said God, “Lift your staff and spread your hand over the seas, which will split, and Israel will come into the sea upon dry land.”

And so it was. Following Nachshon’s lead, the Israelites entered the sea and were saved.

The Midrash also says Moses had chosen to pray and was crying out to God… This was a life or death moment… escaping it appeared impossible. And God answered Moses with another option… His help!

God said, “Why do you cry out to Me? Speak to the children of Israel and let them travel. And you raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea and split it, and the children of Israel shall come in the midst of the sea on dry land … And the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, when I will be glorified through Pharaoh, through his chariots, and through his horsemen.

At this point, a pillar of cloud (and the angel Michael), which generally led the people through the desert, wrapped itself around them from behind, protecting them from Egyptian arrows and projectiles. At the same time, the pillar of fire illuminated the night for the people of Israel.

Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and God battered the sea with the strong east wind all night, and He made the sea into dry land. According to the Midrash/Talmud, at the same moment that the Red Sea parted, all the other water in the world split as well.

“Then the Israelites walked right into the sea on dry land, and the solidified water towered over them on either side.

“Seeing their prey in the middle of the sea, the Egyptians and their horses rushed in behind them, still in hot pursuit. As morning approached, God turned His attention toward the Egyptians, using the cloud and fire to confuse them and emanate a painful heat. As the wheels came off their chariots, and the horses struggled in the boiling muck, the Egyptians were cast into complete turmoil.

It took til morning for God’s people to cross through the sea. It was not a matter of an hour or even a few. Our Bible tells us that Moses arms tired and others came to support his arms …this indicates not only faith but physical support of the one God is leading. There are times all leaders in the flesh no matter how inspired, need the support of the ones they are leading out of bondage. God always sends someone to help those who are tiring in the flesh but strong in the spirit. Amen.

What can we learn from this?

Exodus 14:13-18 in the King James Bible says:

13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.

14 The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

15 And the Lord said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:

16 But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.

17 And I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them: and I will get me honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.

18 And the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, when I have gotten me honour upon Pharaoh, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.

I find a great message in this most vital moment where pharaoh and his army are closing in and the way forward looks impossible… yet, not a one of those following Moses were harmed by the armies of Pharaoh who sought to slay them all.

The harm created to the Hebrew was based on FEAR, and lack of knowlege both of God and of God’s appointed leader Moses. Even after all they had seen of the protection over them of the cloud by day and pillar of fire by night, the majority let fear take over. Because of this, the chatter of doubt, despair, hopelessness and irrational ideas to solve their situation had created great division among the masses. The scriptures tell us, this is what is called lack of faith.

Moses kept his faith, he listened to God, and he addressed the masses that they should stand still and behold the wonder God was about to perform for them, “Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day!

Imagine being among that mass of people, in that dire, no way out type of entrapment… and God delivered them all out from the danger and destroyed all the armies of Pharaoh pursuing them. Even the grumblers who wanted to return to Egypt were delivered.

This is where I see America and other nations standing today… it is a Red Sea Moment… and we have all the different types of complainers and we have a man standing in the gap … reminding us that we will MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. EVEN BETTER THAN BEFORE!

Our true President Trump has said,

“We will never give in, we will never yield, we will never, ever, ever back down. As long as we are unified, the tyrants we are against do not stand a chance because we are Americans who kneel to God and no one else!”

image 238

“America belongs to God!” He has called for the people to UNIFY as ONE.

Remember, the people doubted Moses. As it indicates in the four different opinions in the camps of those following him. Few were looking to Moses as sent to lead them, not when they saw the water. Many feared and chattered among themselves he had led them to the sea to drown and other things. The Midrash also tells us that after the people made it to the other side, Moses followed God’s command, and stretched his hand out over the sea, and it returned to its normal state. In the confusion that followed, Egyptians fled toward the sea, and God stirred them into its churning depths.

image 239

Then, according to the Midrash, the sea spit the Egyptians’ remains onto the seashore so that the Israelites wouldn’t think that the Egyptians survived by walking through the sea in another miraculously dry passage. And it was in seeing the Egyptian bodies that the people “believed in God and Moses His servant.

God selects and annoints the right person qualified in His eyes to do His tasks.

God’s qualifications and standards for leadership are not man’s ways. President Trump has been chosen to go up against the KM Oligarchs for he was and still is the most experienced and battle ready to do so. He knows their ways and grew up in their City. He knows fully well of their world agenda and how they go about to achieve it. As a developer he had to deal with their systems and all of their rotten corrupt puppets. He knows who the puppet masters are. He knows their strengths and their weaknesses… but most of all He knows the Lord and loves God our Father.

We have all heard the criticisms of Trump by both the evangelical so called leaders and the conservative RINOs… both have had their opinions of the man. If you recall, after the mocking of Trump after he was given a loaded question by Frank Luntz in 2015, it started an evangelical back lash that Trump isn’t fit to lead the nation by a holier than thou conservative pastorhood… who many of those have since been exposed as unfit to lead their congregations and seats in office.

The loaded question had he said yes, the next question would have been… what did you have to ask forgiveness for. Trump didn’t take the bait. Either way it was NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS.

Frank Luntz asked Donald Trump “have you ever asked God for forgiveness?” at The Family Leadership Summit on 7/18/15 at Stephens Auditorium in Ames, IA.

The truth is, Trump’s answer was scriptural when he said…he thinks in terms of when he does something wrong…. “Let’s go on and make it right.” It matches the Lord telling the sinners to go and sin no more. I’m sure when he sees a thing is wrong he is sorry for it and that is why he goes on to make it right. Everyone’s relationship with God is their own personal one. There are many things God shows one that are personal and private. The one thing that impresses me is when a person has integrity in his actions… walks the walk… for talk is cheap.

During elections it is like we enter the “bearing false witness season”, just like fake news… propaganda and lies are off the charts. Trump was actually the voice of the people who spoke what they were thinking. He actually set out to fix the mess just like he said he would. He was under attack, from the day he came down the escalator and announced his run and up to this very day.

Why is that? Because he spoke for the people and not for the world order agenda 21 and all their devices to accomplish that like climate change and the trade acts they were brewing up to strip America!

As much as Trump appears to brag about his accomplishments… he is really humble. You will note that he selects specific things to brag about that drive the left crazy. That is by design. The art of war. He is really quiet when it comes to all the people he has helped in his lifetime and all the things he has accomplished for others.

What he isn’t even telling the people but others now are, is that in his first four years as President, and while under constant attacks, he accomplished over 300 significant changes for the good of all Americans that fall into categories from Economy, Law and Justice, Education, Military and Veterans, Agriculture and more! 5 years ago… Trump boldly talked on how prayer changes hearts and the power of prayer! Where was fake news on that?

The attacks on Trump’s faith led to many ridiculous remarks that made the criteria for President of the US as more like choosing the next leader of America’s cable evangelical network.

What that did was cause everyone to take a good hard look at what all the Mega Churches were really all about with their precious voting power they so bragged of. They barely whispered of their government corporation and 501c3 tax free status, that came with lots of government rules. They never explained how this was a modern day church and state system. Let alone explain their seat at the United Nations World Council of Churches – a modern day version of the Council of Nicea and Constantine the Great’s merging of Christianity with Roman’s gods into one world religion, to control the people via a one world government round table dictating what can and cannot be read, said, and done.

Now that is not to say that these are all bad people. That is not what I am saying here. I am pointing out how we were all led astray, even the churches and most all unknowingly. It became a normal standard of business for non profit organizations. No different than all of US citizens registering for a social security number. We weren’t explained what that really meant for us. It was the system put in place and what we were told we had to do. We complied with the laws that were in place. The problem was and is the infiltrators who came in and little by little established the chains that bound us all in all areas of our daily lives. These are what need broken off to free us.

So God loving people sat and pointed out Trump’s flaws until some of them saw him as a modern day Cyrus… and justified his presence??? Oh and the topic of Trump and church helped to market their podcasts for sure! In spite of all that, the RINO conservatives couldn’t stop Trump no matter how hard they tried. Look back to the campaign trail of that day. Check out a few old videos. You’ll see it clear as day.

From five years ago… President Trump on America Family, governments place and God! “In America we don’t worship government we WORSHIP GOD!

It’s time to put our petti differences aside and unite as “We The People”, One Nation Under God. Every system has been infiltrated to divide and conquer.

Trump knew exactly what needed to be done and told the people the truth of what was taking place with the deep state on his campaign trail in 2015 and 2016…and when he was elected he started immediately to implement real changes.

He never stopped telling the truth and being the people’s voice! They never expected him to win, and they never expected him to fight back harder at every punch they pounded at him!

President Trump is still fighting for all of us and it’s time we help him out. His arms just may be tiring… and God has sent him others to help hold them up… for this red sea parting is in progress!

So fear not and stand still, the Lord will fight for you this day!
