Just had a nice conversation with a family member on Elon Musk and Prince Alwaleed and Twitter. Since people are chattering about the takeover of Twitter plans and Alwaleed owning the second largest shares now…. and seem to have COVID overload amnesia, and forgot the same things my family member had forgotten, I thought it was time to get off the con Ardis BS show and give an update on the so called Twitter part of the show.
Family members always have a great way of asking the right questions to see what the right hand was doing while you were looking at the left hand. As I told the family member.. who asked about what Musk was doing with Twitter and the Saudi Prince. I said…What? Remember, Alwaleed has no power left, if he is even alive or out of jail. Recall the Las Vegas Shooting false flag and all fingers pointed at Alwaleed? She filled me in on what was being said, and after I gave an eye roll here is the deal. First of all…..that Prince has sailed and he is down to a row boat with oars, if even he is around.

So let’s review. First of all in Nov. 2017, Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal was arrested in King Salman’s anti-corruption crackdown. Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal who, together with Bill Gates, owned the Four Seasons Hotel that is located within the 5 top floors of the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas. That is the same Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas that was the site of the deadliest mass shooting in our nation’s history. The Four Seasons Hotel-within-a-hotel boasts its own private elevators and separate entrance. For some reason, I had close friends who were there at the time locked down in the hotel and kept me informed of what was taking place. It was a false flag and an assassination attempt on Saudi Prince Salman’s life.
Here are some facts from he back story to refresh your memories.
Prince Alwaleed bin Talal was one of the princes arrested in Saudi Arabia in a sweep by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in an effort to crack down on “criminality and corruption.”
- The charges against the Prince include money laundering, bribery, and extorting officials.
- His investment company, Kingdom Holding, is a major shareholder in Time Warner cable, which owns CNN and a major portion of AOL. The Prince also owns (owned?) portions of Citigroup, Lyft (the Uber competitor), Twitter, Apple, 20th Century Fox, Euro Disney, and luxury hotels.
- The Prince and Bill Gates own the top five floors of the Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas, the site from which a shooter allegedly fired on concert-goers, killing 58, on October 1. Floors 35-39 of that building are called the Four Seasons Hotel, which boasts its own private elevators and separate entrances.
- From August 5-28, the Saudi Air Force booked an entire tower of the SLS hotel in Las Vegas. They participated in “realistic combat training,” at Nellis Air Force Base.
- Prince Alwaleed tweeted to Donald Trump in December 2015, “You are a disgrace not only to the GOP but to all America. Withdraw from the U.S. presidential race as you will never win.”
- Trump tweeted back, “Dopey Prince wants to control our U.S. politicians with daddy’s money. Can’t do it when I get elected.”
- Alwaleed donated $20 million each to Harvard and Georgetown and had assets worth $23.7 billion. He also tried to donate $10 million to the Twin Towers Fund after the 9/11 attacks, but was prevented by Mayor Giuliani. Some elements with the House of Saud were found guilty of sponsoring the attackers.
- Alwaleed was a top donor to the Clinton Foundation.

Whoever started this rumor… must have known all of this as we are talking about billionaires here and this was well coordinated. Alwaleed’s Twitter shares were confiscated and then sold off in 2019, as records show.
So now we have Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud announced on Thursday that he would “reject this offer,” claiming to be “one of the largest & long-term shareholders of Twitter.”
This information got people looking close a Elon Musk and his foiled or new future Twitter plans. No one said a word that he was arrested in 2017 or he had no Twit to Twat.
However Musk did Tweet a question….
Which bring us to the facts to remember. Number 1 Trump has a lawsuit against the social media giants. Number 2, all assets for any involved in voter fraud will be frozen. Number 3, Trump had called his Executive Order 13848 of September 12, 2018, into action the day they found the election was frauded. This freezed assets of any foreign or domestic individuals involved.

Therefore, as President Trump stated in a recent interview, the act was put in place the day the election was stolen. Which means, we have been watching the games of WWIII play out in live theater and we have been at War since that day. A different type of war. As the United States, Inc. is a foreign entity in DC and that has pretty much been fenced off and guarded ever since J6. When the insurrection act was declared on top of the executive order.
That being said, let us recall the back steps taken…..the trip to Saudi Arabia. An important alliance was made between President Trump and King Salman.

So, let us add to the mix a question. What if Twitter isn’t really owned by Jack…what if it is owned by In-Q-Tel which is a CIA operation just like McKibbens, of Leader Technology has claimed. Now, the owner of Leader Technologies wrote to Pres. Trump upon his taking office in 2017 and asked him to use the Miller Act to get his technology returned to him as it was stolen in the patent office. We know that Trump was aware of all of this and so was the Pentagon who could actually be the ones behind social media giants Twitter and Facebook….and now you know the possible reason why the constant battles rage against Trump and social media. Now we add to this the fact that Trump is suing these social media giants…and interestingly Mr. Musk is now the largest shareholder and we bring in a fake Alwaleed into the mix…and find he is no longer in that mix….why? I wonder what Trump is going to present. I do hear someone shouting from afar – ‘TIMBER’! Is the Twitter falling, falling and we aren’t supposed to know the back story…only the new fake one? If so … why? Why aren’t we able to know the real facts? Is something deeper going on? Yes…but maybe that is why we are all now supposed to watch the con Ardis?
Add to this that Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey stepped down as CEO in November. Musk’s stake in Twitter is now more than four times the size of Dorsey’s, who had been the largest individual shareholder. So what does all this mean? I smell a successful confiscation has taken place and now we have boy Musk who may become the Penatgon’s new Jack…in the game of social media and who’s on first. This time it’s the white hats that get to play Twitter King…lawsuits just take way too long. But that will be possibly part 2 of Twitter gate? Remember in 2015, in April that the Pentagon announced it had plans to enter into a multiyear pilot program with In-Q-Tel, the CIA-backed strategic investment firm, in the hopes of identifying promising new start-up technologies to halt the American defense establishment’s fast-eroding technological edge on the 21st century battlefields, including space and cyberspace. Sound familiar? At the time, senior Defense Department officials were short on specifics, noting that much of it would be classified. So now I wonder what is takin place?
I have a feeling the social giants are all but a shell at the moment. A shell to watch for terrorism activities. Remember the cyber counter terrorism efforts of Trump and King Salman…and now acting Prince Salman.
Did I mention that the new Alwaleed (above)looks totally different as well. Must be the snake venom in the water? They all who drink it look younger and or older and or just spooky different. One person called them Mr. Potato heads. Because they can rearrange their features day to day.
So keep an eye on Musk especially since someone on Telegram said Mikey Flynn said following Elon was a time waste. But not when you know the truth. I think he feared people would dig. Amnesia is being cured as we now avoid the snake venom water traps.
And I want you all to ponder this one…do you really believe the US military would put their missile defense systems in the hands of an outside contractor…regardless of his so called genius brain? Ponder that one….it makes more sense that they put a face with the program to have a reason to know all about it during Biden’s snake venom ride.
Meanwhile do you think con Ardis will have another four months of research to bring us? So far he is sounding like he’s choking on his own snake venom.
