Rubber Mask Syndrome CIA Part 2

We all remember that to see Joey people had to set in circles six feet apart and far away from the valued masked president.  It was this way from meetings with the press, which were few, to his rallys, to all of Joey’s meetings unless it was filmed on a set, where actors were actors. Now we know he had RMS and it had to be this way. At least in the beginning.

This also explains the year of virtual communications with every world leader and committee Joey was supposed to be a vital part of.

Remember also, for interviews computer generated images are easy to do. Also voice machines are available for your own phone device and who knows how far that technology has advanced for DARPA’s CIA? We’ll only know later after they sell it to one of their controlled Vanguard companies to make something for us. Probably part of their A.I. transhumanism project. New mind new voice? Who do you want to be? Want to sound like Stephen Hawking? That sort of thing.

But what we don’t know for sure is if Jonna “CIA” Mendez is telling us a different version of the real story? After going down another rabbit hole, I found another story told by her husband, that was different. And oddly enough… Jonna also was quoted as saying something different.

Which bring us to the question of who is telling the truth?

What’s Jonna’s story or are there a lot of them and she gets them confused? In the last blog, “RBS (Rubber Mask Syndrome) In Our Face!”, we reported that Jonna said just 3 days before she married, her husband told her he was CIA and she was recruited by her husband to be a secretary for the CIA and that is how she got her start. Yet, we have another story from her husband, Antonio Joseph Mendez, who said that in the mid-1980s, he worked with Jonna Hiestand Goeser, also a CIA officer, on rebuilding the U.S. security organization in the Soviet Union and later Russia and following his retirement in 1990, they married in 1991. They had a son together.  It is said that Mendez and his first wife, Karen, had three children together. Karen Mendez died of cancer in 1986. Their son Ian died in 2010. Their son Antonio Tobias Mendez became a sculptor.

This raises questions. Now that being said, I will take you down the rabbit hole that got me into the rabbit hole I just described of the two different stories of how Jonna and Antonio got married.

Which led me to thinking…

Seriously Ursula?  You do not wage war?  Good grief that is a lie. You do not impose your model?  Good grief Ursula that is a lie. RESET has been imposed on the entire world!!!

Then I started recalling how the flights were halted across the USA yesterday…the same day she speaks of Brazil? We all know the flights didn’t just stop because of a Pete Buttigieg glitch. There is a valid reason for this and it is one they can’t tell you because we are at war. Even though the gaslighting is off the charts… look at what they do and listen to the lies that do not match what they are doing. That is how you see through the propaganda and hear the truth.

The real authoritarian regimes are the ones who agree to meet with Klaus Schwab and carry out the WEF and EU goals… they are the ones controlling NATO.  NATO nations are not working for humanity. They are working for the ones out to transhumanize, depopulate, chip and control every person with social credit cards.

The question is: Who oversees these Unions? Who reprimands the UN and the EU when they go to far?

The set up for this European Union Oligarch Appointed Ruling Committee is that they are exempt from the laws of the lands and have immunity to almost every aspect of the mistakes they make. They model off of the United Nations and do the bidding of the KM Oligarchs who desire to rule the world and have directed their appointed puppets to do as they direct them to do. * Under the UN Convention on the Privileges and Immunities, many people have immunity from arrest and detention, including diplomatic privileges and immunities, which allow them to avoid paying taxes and fines.

According to the BSEC Statute, many people have the full range of privileges, including the privilege of not paying taxes and fines. Between the UN Convention on the Privileges and Immunities also provides immunity from arrest, detention and the General Agreement on the Privileges and immunities of the Council of Europe gives immunity from arrest or detention, immunity from all kinds of fines and tax exemptions.

Let’s face it… they rigged the laws to allow their own lawlessness!

Parts 3 and 4 of the Vienna Convention on the Representation of States grant the privilege of exempting their premises from taxation, their mail is not subject to opening and detention, they cannot be arrested or detained in any form, they do not bear any responsibility before the Courts.

The little guy who is not in on their appointed feasts and committee rule making are flipping the bill for the biggest sham to be committed since the fiat air dollar! Beyond that… it is a tower of Babylon the Great reaching way into the dome and poking into the heavens with their downright swindles. They have set up a system that is clearly defined as Babylon the Great in the book of Revelation! It reaks of every word that is written therein, all of it to dotting every “i” and crossing every “T”!

“How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.”

These self privileged international organizations are falling, falling. The ones who have been enslaved by their mandates are about to be the ones who enjoy privileges and immunities once only given to those of the slithering snakes called diplomatic missions, which in reality were nothing more than advocates from the fallen ones bringing about their own form of hell on earth.

The truth is, we are all free from the obligation to pay taxes, as we are generally equal to the privileged under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in conjunction with Article 1(2) of the UN Charter granting tax exempt privileges and giving each absolute immunity before the Courts of any fines they may try to give us.

Collecting taxes from high-ranking people like you is absolutely forbidden, as it does not comply with the 1994 UN Declaration on Measures to Eliminate International Terrorism, and the eventual collection of taxes would destroy human rights, fundamental freedoms and the democratic foundations of society. In accordance with Article 55a) of the UN Charter, superiors have the right not to pay taxes, because this leads to a lowering of the living standard of the taxpayer and creates conditions for the economic and social degradation of the taxpayer, who in order to raise his living standard and to create conditions for economic and social progress and development of their own income must stop paying taxes.

Which brings us back to the only way to set the entire mess right is to end the UN, and send the EU home and out of our affairs. We must withdrawl from NATO, and let the EU fend for themselves against the humanity they have enslaved who are just as worthy to all the exemptions and immunities as the sorcerery thieves who wrote and enacted them are.

Which bring us back to Jonna Mendez and the CIA

As we learned from Jonna Mendez in her speeches on her performance with the CIA…  she states that espionage to be successful has to be played out as a performance and to play it out any other way would not be successful.  In her Moscow Reports she reminds us to never look behind you, and always know someone is following…therefore… stay focused ahead on where you are going and what you need to do and never look behind as that will alert the one following that you know you are being followed and mess up your performance.

She boldly lets it be known that the CIA does break laws in other nations… but does not break the laws of the USA.  Well, that is up for grabs as in the now known case that the CIA was involved with the assasination of JFK.  If we are to believe that the only laws being broken are the laws outside of the nation….then we are fools indeed. Unless they are going along with the legal privileges of diplomats from any nation any where who is a part of the UN, EU and its affiliated agencies. Of which case then, there is no law.  And we can all pull out many more CIA lawless deeds done right here in the USA. But they aren’t supposed to? So none of are supposed to, but we are watching many of our government officials do so right in our face.

That being said, the only way to justice is to overturn the lawlessness.  It is overcome by the law of the jungle. And the beastly jungle at that.

So remember, “When you fight with the wolf of the pack, you must fight him alone and afar…lest others take part in the quarral and the pack be diminished by war.“

That  is the best answer as to how and why this war is being played out the way it is.

What happens when the international courts are corrupt? There is no holding them accountable. Other means would have to be used other than just allowing them to commit beastly tyranny. In this jungle story,  the same ones who caused the wars gave the solution to a world without wars…and they formed their multi headed beast in the name of peace. Of which since its formation the world has had ongoing war(s).   

In addition, since its formation, they have passed charters to exempt themselves of any accountability. They titled and entitled themselves as upstanding and noble, as they passed treaties granting themselves immunity to all of their lawlessness. 

They slyly masked themselves as benevolent, when the truth is they unified themselves with all protections and created what they deemed the perfect  corrupt coalition with immunity to their lawless actions. Since their united founding by the unseen wolves, what they have managed to produced is a world of endless wars to distract the public from the thieving trickery to take the oil, minerals and other resources from starving third world nations.  And they have all united in doing that quite well.

And when a group of what these wolves call “Authoritarian Regimes” caught on and formed their own coalition…known as the BRICS nations…. These wolves got angry and sought to bring them down. “How dare they have their own banking system designed to help small nations?” they shouted!  “How dare they loan them money to improve their infrastructure without all of the ‘Green and Climate Change’ demands attached to it? Just who do they think they are?”

So remember the law of the jungle…. and recall the ferocious Lion. That when you fight the wolf of the pack you must fight him alone…. And so they have tried and they are in hot pursuit doing just that as we speak. But alas, for the wolves, there are several Lions at large they must fight. Putin and Trump are two of these… it appears there are more… perhaps Bolsonaro is one? But, remember nothing is as it appears.

So, beware for the swamp is not a place for ground creatures…it is a slithering pit of snakes sent out to bite both the wolf and the lion. They win by placing their prey into a hypnotic trance then spewing poisonous venom.  A venom that destroys both the mind and the body.  Yet, even in that they are no match for the pack who are watching the head of the snake with a watchful eye from afar. They are ready, prepared and waiting for the Lion’s thunderous roar… when they hear it, they will know it is time!

Meanwhile the other foresting animals are divided in the woods. Some are being taken by fear and venom, and some are unaware of any of it while others have allowed the snake to keep them inside, shut up and afraid to go out. And then there are a few who have wandered out and seen those watching and focused. Curious they have felt an inner tugging to lay down with the pack and wait with the pack for the sound of the lion’s thundering roar.

Which take us back to the CIA and its allegiance to the swamp, for it was built by the very same ones who control from behind the scenes and desire to rule the world via a one world global order whose allegiance is to the United Nations.

 The History of the CIA

There has always been foreign intelligence gathering reaching back to the Revolutionary war. But it wasn’t until World War II that our country’s foreign intelligence activities were coordinated government-wide and quickly morphed into the CIA. History of CIA – CIA

Conveniently at the same time the UN was building up its own set of agencies and their laws of immunity.

On 21 November 1947, the Convention on Privileges and Immunities of the Specialized Agencies was adopted by GA resolution 179 (II) to extend similar privileges to the specialized agencies of the UN. George H.W. Bush served as the 11th Director of Central Intelligence (DCI).  He was sworn in on January 30, 1976 as Director of Central Intelligence and led the CIA. Many believed leading the CIA would mark an end to his political career. Instead, Bush became the only US president to have previously held the position of DCI, which gave him a unique perspective on both providing and receiving intelligence.

 Those who went down rabbit holes know Bush was a German spy and had his eyes on Tesla in his labs. Those ones also know he was paper clipped after WWII with a lot of places, achievements, things…. His performance driven new life was on the road and guided by hidden hands. Freshly groomed, paper clipped, and now set out to sail his way into powerful positions. He got his best work done under the VP position in the Reagan Years. REX 84 has his mindset written all over it. I’m sure his influence to do many things carried out even when things were scrambled… like the assassination attempt on Reagan. And the Iran Contra Scandal that Herbert somehow got away with saying he was out of the loop on…? 

Jonna in her story of Bush and the five second mask stated that he was enthusiastic to meet CIA officers and was always interested in hearing their ideas and opinions. Yet, Bush was Director of the CIA when Jonna Mendez was an agent. She doesn’t touch on this in her story on why such delight might have been coming from him and her story of showing her new 5 second masks to Bush as president. Why not?

Jonna Mendez served the CIA from 1966, and retired in 1993. Herbert Bush headed the CIA from 1976 to January 1977,  just ten days shy of one full year. There is also a 1963 F.B.I. Memo that  ties Bush to the CIA. Bush when asked where he was the day JFK was shot could not remember. Yet, years later, in an article, “Documents: Bush Blew Whistle on Rival in JFK Slaying.”  The article began like this: A man who identified himself as George H. W. Bush phoned the FBI in Houston a few hours after President John F. And what also wasn’t mentioned by Jonna in her video is the fact that the CIA Museum is not open to the public because of its location at CIA Headquarters in Langley, Virginia. But you get to see a virtual setting of what is inside. The things they will let you see.

Well, I wondered at the new found lecture circuit of the all secret CIA and why after many years Jonna and her husband were allowed to talk of the many secrets? Something that was just not done before and now it is? Was it to promote a film made about her husband that was released in 2012 titled “Argo“, a true story based on Jonna’s late husband, Tony Mendez’s “best worst idea.” Tony flew into Tehran, Iran at the height of the hostage crisis to help rescue six US diplomats from the Canadian Embassy, where they had taken refuge. The improbable cover story was that Tony was also a producer for the science fiction movie named “Argo.”? How was he allowed to do that? Did the CIA give permission or did they give them a greenlight to go and spread some words?  Or was this part of a propaganda mis and dis info or was this a big reveal? Whatever it was it is exposing for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear, and in that… questions are raised and more doors are being opened. And are they admitting they have motivation to use Hollywood for their true/false/true stories or wishful future?

In 1976, Tony Mendez and his future wife Jonna were CIA operatives in Moscow at one of the most dangerous moments in the Cold War. Soviets kept files on all foreigners, studied their patterns, tapped their phones, and even planted listening devices within the US Embassy. The conditions in Moscow and the paranoid nature of the society itself forced the CIA to refine its tactics to combat the KGB. George Herbert Bush was head of the CIA in 1976, she doesn’t mention this when she speaks of her history and the 5 second mask and President Bush. Why? It made me wonder if there was a rubber mask on the Jonna?

So again, nothing is as it appears. The question is…why is Jonna Mendez retelling her story and which story is accurate or are both stories skewed? In my little detective mode… and gut feeling to match it… it appears that both stories have truths and a bit skewed, and both stories tell us clues as to what they are doing for the pattern is they always tell us. At least they tell us what they are doing. And not necessarily all the details. The details are in the movie not in the confessions they announce. Whereas they tell us it is the other way around. They have a pattern of doing that now don’t they? But then again, this is CIA classified secrets and they won’t give the deep ones out… why would they? So we all know Bush Sr. was paperclipped and he knew full well what was going down with the Iran Contra and he also was the birdie in the ear of Oliver North who wrote REX 84 for Reagan. And so… we now know he also was involved with the Kennedy assassination… and nobody knows for sure the details to any of it. Or they aren’t telling us.

The powers that be are used to appearing to know nothing then throwing us a story that makes no sense but is declared closure by fake news. And they move on to the next thing. In short they all lie. Why would this be any different?
