My husband and I were so very blessed to be able to attend this Waco, Texas rally. It was one of the most beautiful things I have ever experienced. The eagles wings out and the gold fringe is for the president and or government offices.
I thought it meant we were a captured nation. The gold fringe flag is USA INC that they stole from our Republic
That to… fringe on land is admirality law. But… I was referring to the standard of acceptable practice for what the eagle wings mean when they are straight out on top the flag they represent the president. And the gold fringe represents admirality or martial law and wartime. Otherwise no gold fringe.
