President Trump is making his mark and it isn’t an X! We truly are back to 1776 and the Liberty Bell is ringing out. The Declaration of Independence is sounding and all states who were infiltrated will be met with the authority of the laws of the land!

Looks like the President who is the Commander in Chief, and head of the Congress with power to veto both the senate and congress has spoken. Just because most people don’t understand the Constitutional Republic versus the D.C. Inc., doesn’t mean lawlessness should continue… especially just because that’s the way it’s always been. President Trump has successfully baited the deep state players to reveal themselves openly in the light of day and they are caught with hooks in their jaws!

DC Inc. is no longer in charge, it sure looks defunct! Trump is standing on the constitution and laws of the Republic!  We The People need to learn all about what the law of the land really entails.

That being said, we are watching the screeching and wailing of the old D.C. Inc. as it knows it’s been put into CHECK MATE! They have tried everything they can to see what will stick, and so far the Congressional Committees have egg on their own faces and ensnared themselves so deep in their jaws with their own crooked hooks that there is no escaping what is coming! It already landed on top of their heads! All of the heads in D.C. to the top of their Crown!

Adam Schiff and his pardon is not going to go silently into the night, and definitely not so politically correct…. the pencil neck Schiff is in deep doo doo!

Is this congressional committee performance Schiff-ting into a C.G.I.? Look at his ears, look at his hands, and especially the rubbery morphing of them both.

If you think this is live video footage… then you will believe Schiff is at large. What if we said Schiff is no longer free to run off his evil mouth? Ponder it.

What on earth is this thing? Is it a hand? Or a morphed glitch in the A.I. C.G.I. – sure looks like a glitch in the software. What does it look like to you?

Even the man behind him looks rubbery – note his ears and mottled face. Pay attention to Schiff’s libs and rubbery expressions. And as always his lies and outrageous interpretations of the answers he is given. Central casting at its finest, or sheer stupid and scared Schiff – you decide.

That being said – The Department of Justice says the states have no Jurisdiction over President Trump’s executive orders! They just lost their lawsuit over Trump’s funding freeze on federal aid!

In a recent News Break article by Jerry Lambe titled, “‘No jurisdiction’: DOJ says Trump’s executive orders ‘are not subject to challenge’ in lawsuit over funding freeze on federal aid“, we find the states et al, were put in their proper place!

Excerpts: “The Trump administration on Thursday urged a federal court in Washington, D.C. , to dismiss a lawsuit seeking to stop the government from implementing a policy that would freeze funding on distributions to federal aid programs , arguing that the plaintiff’s claims are moot because the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) rescinded the memo that was at the heart of the complaint.

“The OMB memo, which was sent out Tuesday morning, stated the following (bold in original):

“[T]o the extent permissible under applicable law, Federal agencies must temporarily pause all activities related to obligation or disbursement of all Federal financial assistance, and other relevant agency activities that may be implicated by the executive orders, including, but not limited to, financial assistance for foreign aid, nongovernmental organizations, DEI, woke gender ideology, and the green new deal.

“The measure caused mass confusion throughout entities dependent on the federal government for funding. Multiple lawsuits were filed and U.S. District Judge Loren AliKhan on Wednesday issued an administrative stay temporarily stopping it from going into effect.”

AliKhan’s order came in response to a lawsuit filed by the National Council of Nonprofits (NCN), the largest network of nonprofit organizations in North America. That would include all corporations even the churches who are nonprofit 501c3’s.

Immediately congress and senate democrats, along with democratic governors and mayors started shouting that Trump froze medicaid, food stamps, and social security along with other things that were NOT TRUE AT ALL! But then again that is how they always do things to get the media to do their wrap up smear to spread their lies!

Well, the Trump administration responded immediately to the myriad of lies and all the legal actions being slung at them, by issuing a follow-up memorandum rescinding the prior one. Not because the prior one said anything unconstitutional, but because they have no common sense to understand what it said. Or… they downright knew it but hated what it said and so they lied! Allegedly – you can decide.

The new memorandum stated: “OMB Memorandum M-25-13 is rescinded. If you have questions about implementing the President’s Executive Orders, please contact your agency General Counsel,” the second memo stated.

The rescission of the OMB memo, according to attorneys for the U.S. Department of Justice, means the federal court no longer has jurisdiction to hear the plaintiffs’ claims.

Read that again. Process it. The DOJ just spoke loudly! The games are over! No harm was caused in killing the lawlessness and illegal activities of D.C. Bankrupt Inc!

The Department of Justice stated that the “Plaintiffs’ claims in this case are directed solely against the OMB Memo, which has now been withdrawn thereby rendering their claims moot.”

Acting Assistant Attorney General Brett Shumate wrote in the 33-page filing . “And even prior to withdrawal, Plaintiffs have not established that the OMB Memo actually caused any harm redressable by an Order in this suit. Thus, this Court lacks Article III jurisdiction over their claims.”

That being said, deep state doesn’t just sit down and take no for an answer. A federal judge in Rhode Island – after the OMB rescinded the original memo, that judge also temporarily blocked the administration’s funding freeze. (We shall see what happens in Rhode Island. Something tells me they will not be able to block the funding freeze. It is what it is legally.)

Daniel Schwei, special counsel to the U.S. Department of Justice, representing Trump and other federal cabinet heads named in the suit, sought to have the case tossed.

“Plaintiffs cannot transform their lawsuit into a vehicle to seek relief against other actions, such as the President’s Executive Orders or agencies’ ongoing implementation of those Orders,” Schwei wrote in a 13-page response filed Thursday. “The President’s Executive Orders are not subject to direct challenge; the Supreme Court has made clear that courts have “no jurisdiction . . . to enjoin the President in the performance of his official duties.”

Anticipating that McConnell may grant a temporary restraining order regardless, Schwei sought to limit the scope of the block, arguing it should not apply to the president himself nor to executive orders, among other limits. McConnell’s Friday order, however, aligns almost exactly with what the AGs proposed. One difference: The temporary restraining order lasts until further court order; the AGs had asked for a 14-day block, with a potential 14-day extension. Other Democratic attorneys general who filed the lawsuit before McConnell are from, Colorado, New York, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia.

In other words the blue states are joined at the hips of the likes of Pritzker and they all contact their mocking bird media and speak complete propaganda and the media does their wrap up smear and the public thinks the lie is a truth.

So they get on TV and downright lie! Don’t let them do the Adam Schiff mouth garble on you. What was halted was bureaucratic funding and their lipstick on a favorite pig waste! A lot of their own little piggy bank projects. Like their green new deals and illegal immigrant programs!

But what they don’t tell the public is that they have a restraining order against a rescinded memo? What does that do for them? Not much.

McConnell emphasized that White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt followed up the rescission memo with a social media post that seemed to only further muddy the waters as to the administration’s intentions by stating that the funding freeze was still in place.

“This is NOT a rescission of the federal funding freeze,” she wrote in a post to X, formerly Twitter . “It is simply a rescission of the OMB memo. Why? To end any confusion created by the court’s injunction. The President’s EO’s on federal funding remain in full force and effect, and will be rigorously implemented.”

The Constitutional Republic has spoken. Bye, bye Maritime Law. Your ship has sailed back across the sea! We are taking our country back!

Oh, and McConnell reasoned that the potential harm envisioned by the plaintiffs in the case remained just as likely to occur. (How many think that defense holds water – it was sheer speculation and a hypothesis of what if?? No harm has happened except in their way of running things via their bureacracy inside their now bankrupt D.C. Inc.)

“While the piece of paper may not exist, there’s sufficient evidence that the defendants collectively are acting consistent with that directive,” McConnell reportedly said, “and therefore the arguments that they have about needing a [restraining order] exist.” (I thought you couldn’t get a restraining order against a presidential directive and or order, or am I missing something here?)

The plaintiffs in the case before AliKhan argued that even with the withdrawal of the OMB memo, they have continued to suffer harm because the president’s executive orders are still in effect. However, the DOJ asserted that any such alleged harm is irrelevant due to the doctrine of separation of powers.

(Boom! The separation of powers!!!  Something the Inc.’s have ignored for a very long time. Bye, Bye Maritime Law! We are a Constitutional Republic!)

“Plaintiffs cannot expand their claims to seek relief against the President’s Executive Orders, which are not subject to challenge,” the filing states. “Over 150 years ago, the Supreme Court held that courts have ‘no jurisdiction … to enjoin the President in the performance of his official duties.’”

(Wow! Looks like the Constitutional Republic has spoken and the bankrupt D.C. Inc., is getting no bailout at volunteer taxpayer expense and the corporation is dissolved! What does it look like to you?)

That being said… today President Trump let it be known that …

The question is… how will the Inc. retaliate now? What is left for them to DEW?

The memo successfully flushed out the progressive technocratic reaction (including the players, bureaucracies, international moochers, and a myriad of corporate tactics, etc.) It flushed out those who were in league with anti-constitutional laws and the over rides that were always hidden inside their slight of hand tactics. One of the biggest was NOT enforcing illegal immigration laws and allowing human and child trafficking, narcotics, and black market trading. Forming their own bureaucratic cartels that controlled the corrupt Justice System. Now comes the next step, and that is to make government accountable. The gold fringe of the Crown on the United States Flag is searing off thread by thread.

So hang in there, it’s obvious to those with eyes to see and ears to hear that we are taking back the Constitutional Republic and that is made up of “We The People” – pray unceasing and pull out the founding father’s documents like the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, and the Constitution of the United States of the Republic!
