Now his twitter problem is Trump’s fault? Good grief…does he even know how he sounds? Where has he been lately?
Dr. Shiva includes President Trump among those of not telling people to do a bottom up movement of education that we need to move beyond black and white and beyond left and right to stand up together. Dr. Shiva obviously has not been listening to Trump at his ralleys or reading Trump’s tweets when he tweeted.
IT WAS TRUMP WHO WOKE UP THE SILENT MAJORITY AND STARTED THE BIGGEST BOTTOM UP MOVEMENT IN THE HISTORY OF AMERICA!
SHIVA THE INVENTOR OF EMAIL, IS NOW THE INVENTOR OF HIS OWN IDEA OF TRUMP’S FAULT. He is way off base in what is taking place. Dr. Shiva is grand standing on a platform that is placed on sand and he is sinking up to his eyeballs very fast. While accusing Trump of being part of the problem, Dr. Shiva errors in what he says left and right. Trump has been shouting for people to stand up. He has been shouting for people to get involved in their municipalities. It looks like Dr. Shiva is drinking his own opinionated Kool-aid.
So as Mr. Email slings opinions without the facts at President Trump, accusing him of not educating people on how to be lawyers or self representatives in court? Whatever he is describing in his rant THAT IS A PITCH FOR HIS NEW EDUCATIONAL CLASS…whatever it may sound like to whomever is trying to make sense of it, for whatever it is worth? I failed to get his point other than he won his case and now it’s Trump’s fault that the Cabal has infiltrated America? Where it is good that Mr. Email is taking the time to start a class to show others how to fight in court, he failed to tell anyone that President Trump is taking action with a class action lawsuit for every American who has been harmed, censored, etc. to join in and be represented. So you can take a class with Shiva in the mean while you can also file your suit with President Trump.
Even Stew appears to be trying to understand what Dr. Shiva is saying and the exact points he is trying to make. Why didn’t he remember Trump has a class action lawsuit going on right now? He must have forgotten about that. But, maybe he will remember when he’s taking his class?
So while Dr. Shiva is saying we need to be educated on how to sue big tech AND TAKE MY NEW CLASS, Donald Trump has hired the best legal team – the tobacco lawyers – to take down BIG TECH AND END THEIR WORLD WIDE CENSORSHIP AND PROPAGANDA MACHINE. I will remind Dr. Shiva we elected President Trump to lead the nation. Not to teach us how to be little lawyers in educational classes. HE WOKE US UP AND GOT US TO SPEAK OUT. “I stand before you this morning to announce a very important and very beautiful, I think, development for our freedom and our freedom of speech … today, in conjunction with the America First Policy Institute, I’m filing as the lead class action representative a major class action lawsuit against the Big Tech giants including Facebook, Google and Twitter, as well as their CEOs,” Trump said.
The lawsuit seeks a court order to immediately halt social media platforms “illegal, shameful, censorship of the American people.” The former president is demanding an end to shadow-banning, blacklisting, and canceling of conservatives by Big Tech companies.
Twitter permanently banned Trump, citing the “risk of further incitement of violence” by his account, while Facebook indefinitely deplatformed the sitting president. After Facebook’s Oversight Board criticized the company for imposing an arbitrary punishment on Trump, the company clarified that Trump will remain deplatformed through Jan. 7, 2023, at least. Trump’s YouTube channel remains indefinitely suspended until there is no longer a “risk of incitement to violence.”
“There is no better evidence that Big Tech is out of control than the fact that they banned the sitting president of the United States earlier this year,” Trump told the gathered reporters. “If they can do it to me, they can do it to anyone.”
First reported by Axios, Trump’s lawsuit will also seek the immediate restoration of his social media accounts and “punitive damages” on the Big Tech giants.
The lawsuits also target the liability protections Big Tech companies enjoy under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
“While the social media companies are officially private entities, in recent years they have ceased to be private with the enactment and their historical use of Section 230, which profoundly protects them from liability,” Trump said. “It is in effect a massive government subsidy, these companies have been co-opted, coerced and weaponized by government actors to become the enforcers of illegal, unconstitutional censorship.”

So President Trump has taken the out of control censoring which includes the media, into his hands and all the people have to do is send in their name and he will slap down the big tech giants for them and with them! Sorry that Dr. Email doesn’t look for real news that Trump who has been censored on all platforms is telling people and informing people to do!
I don’t know about the rest of you all, but I am glad my president is hitting the giant in the face and the rear with a big, heavy lawsuit that will bring it down! Getting back on Twitter or Farce book as Dr. Email has said…does little to stop the big problem. Trump is taking down the giant once and for all. He is taking that clout Mr. Email said he wasn’t using, and positioned it to help ALL AMERICANS AND THE ENTIRE WORLD POPULATIONS!
Trump took us out of the Paris Climate Change Agreement and stopped the Atlantic Trade Treaty from the start! He stopped Obama Care Tax. While Shiva was claiming he was the inventor of email.
President Trump is taking on the entire Cabal and doesn’t have time to teach lawyer classes but Dr. Email does so take his class while you wait. Education is good. He’s only asking for a buck in go fund me.
On a positive note, I am glad Dr. Shiva has decided to step up to the plate and begin his idea of a movement to educate people. Too bad he hasn’t talked to the Frontline Doctors who have been doing this, and too bad he hasn’t touched base with Sidney Powell who has been doing this, and too bad he hasn’t gotten with Donald Trump before now to hear what he has been saying to the people.

I guess Mr. Shiva is expressing his disgust from experiencing the court system that he has just endured. He had some valid observations regarding both parties. We knew that. He also brought it back to the education of people in the local areas asking to reach out to one another. We knew that too. Mr. Shiva needs to pray more for the Truth to be exposed and not the blame game to continue.
And people please don’t try to tell me that russia and china are working with each other because that’s not true. Russia does not trust china but they share borders so keep their friends close and their enemies closer. The west gave Russia no other choice but to work with china. Like i told you before by 2025 most of western Europe will be behind Russia which is what Russia wanted in the first place. Can you imagine an EU with Russia pretty much calling the shots? Well you won’t have to imagine or wait too long because it’s in the making starting with the nord stream pipeline.
I’m not trying to bash anyone, but 2015-16 I was like a lot of your readers. I kept on digging and doing my research and for the first time in 2016 i voted republican. Then i closely paid attention what was going on around me and realize that it’s all a sham. The Chinese took a leaf out of Israel playbook and started buying out politicians and public figures. Long story short is the Right wing are mostly controlled by Israel and the left wing are mostly controlled by China, and for all i know china and Israel could be working together. So voting people in and out of political parties will never make a difference or cause change for the better in the US.
It’s not just Israel and China. It’s the US also. Judicial Watch has been reporting on people within our government who have visited China for “workshops and seminars” on CCP for quite some time now. We are in the days where it is rearing it’s ugly head again….”the specter of communism ruling our world”. Just like the snake during Adam and Eve.
2 years later… “Trump is still our president”. Trump should of stood up and fight, because majority of the country was behind him last year, not sure about now. It’s going to come down to fighting for this country anyway, so i believe the best time would’ve been when Trump was in office. Serious question, if they cheated the election while Trump was in office what do you think they’ll do with a democratic president in office?

We listened to Shiva last evening, and tend to see it the way you do Dianne. He really put our President Trump in a very poor light, when Trump did not even ask for one dollar in salary as the President of the United States of America. I was very disappointed in Shiva.
I like Dr. Email…but he was totally out of line. I wondered why Stew didn’t bring up Trump’s lawsuit? He has the best lawyers and is taking this all the way to Supreme Court. And got news for email man….Hilary was locked up. Many are gone. He really blew it, and showed his RINO colors and underestimated the long list of everything Trump has done and all he has been right in. He underrated the stolen election and the global fight all the way. I was amazed at his audacity.
I agree, Dianne. And, Shiva didn’t give Stew much time to respond. At least Stew did say that ‘he didn’t agree with everything Shiva said’ at the very end of the interview.
Shiva would have likely been angered even more if Stew brought up Trump’s lawsuit. Hopefully he’ll cover that on another show.

Hmmm… I may be simplifying this with what I’m about to write, but it seems to me that maybe Dr. Shiva is PO’d that President Trump beat him to the punch with his “better lawsuit” than what Shiva was able to bring about and argue in his lawsuit?
Isn’t the misguided and misused Section 230 “protections” given to these big tech giants the culprit in all this rancor that Shiva spewed during his interview with Stew Peters?
And, like you wrote Dianne, is Shiva doing this for his own benefit, ignoring the benefit that President Trump provides through his lawsuit which appears to me to be for the benefit of We The People and not for the purpose of promoting this “classroom of educating people” and asking for $1 each to promote it and enrich Shiva’s pockets rather than solve the social media censoring problem?

You got that right! And a lot of other things were showing as well. He insulted all the people doing forms for people to present legally and legal representation with Front Line Doctors and the Legal Eagle Dream Team, the forms that Sidney Powell has for people and he came at this like a big mouth a bit late in the game. Where was he during COVID with his teachings when everyone was being denied their constitutional rights in many areas? Trump was pushing people to move legally the entire time and he couldn’t do it for them. He showed them who to contact if their Governors were not upholding the law. Those who took action won. Many did not take action. This is war and Mr. Email and his classes are good, but it is a band aid in the situation. But it is first aid. He blew it with his arrogance. The man who won his case in Canada was told his story, encouraged others to do it too, and guess what…he didn’t blame anyone for Canada’s strong hold but the ones who were choking it. Email man best apologize for offending good people, but he was clear that he felt he was correct. He had it laid out boom, boom. boom. He exposed himself in that area. Blame Trump games just don’t hold up anymore. That was as bad as fake news to hear. At least to me.
