Govenor Hochel, New York, has no problem giving lies for answers to questions – none of them do!

She rambled on about Article 10 and what it says and there is no article10 in the constitution. In fact there are only 7 articles.
In the same breath, she claimed that she “begged” President Trump to send in the National Guard before the events of January 6, saying, “He would not do it… And yet, in a contra-constitutional way, he has sent the National Guard into California. Something is very wrong with this picture.”
However, the truth is Trump requested repeatedly for national guard presence and was blocked and denied by congressional leadership. We all remember that!
And so did Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund, request national guard backup who was directly involved on January 6. He fired back on X:

Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Calif., was rushed away from Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem after allegedly ‘lunging’ at her during a press conference addressing the Los Angeles anti-ICE riots. Gee why did they do that?
You don’t get to storm into a press conference and barrel toward the Director of Homeland Security like a raving maniac shouting and not expect the secret service to step in and protect the Director and the people in the room from an outbreak from an angry man. You just don’t get to do that. You are not above the law.
Senator Padilla was way out of line, unprofessional, and for all anyone knew and by the way he acted, he gave the appearance he had intent to disrupt and possibly do bodily harm to Director Neom. He acted unhinged. Shameful to find out he was a state senator of California. He should be reprimanded for his maniac outburst. Padilla was without dignity of the office he claimed to hold as he fought the secret service like a street thug. This is the type of behavior that is unfitting for any person in government leadership let alone a senator.
From comments on social media’s X, the majority of the people believe Senator Padilla’s public behavior during a time of unrest and ICE Riots, warrants immediate removal from the seat he holds… of course give him his due process and be sure to remember that no one is above the law.
Some are saying Padilla wasn’t stupid, he knew they would stop him. He was making a grandstand to blame Trump for his own bad behavior. That seems to be the old worn-out cliché’ of these entire last 9 years! It’s always Trump’s fault for every mentally challenged person’s behavior in the whole wide world.
Imagine if he would have been allowed to continue without being stopped… what if he continued to approach in his barbaric manner complete with scowled face, shouting as he towered over DHS Director Neom… pointing and berating her in an effort to shame her for doing her job? Imagine him thrusting his left hand out grabbing her by the throat, clenching his fingers around it, squeezing them deep into her neck and raising her off the ground as he simultaneously pulls back his right arm, making a fist to throttle her, all while the secret service just stood there and watched it?
Now one might say that is ridiculous he wasn’t going to do that. My point is, no one knows for certain what he would have done. Most had no idea who he was and his behavior sure didn’t match that of a senators. He could have had a bomb on him for all anyone knew. Especially with the riots taking place.
He had no right to think he could just march up to the speaker like an angry thug either! But he was doing just that. He had nothing to show he was a senator, and had he had his lapel pin on, that still WOULD NOT GIVE HIM ANY RIGHT TO DISRUPT THE PRESS CONFERENCE!
He looked worse than Maxine Waters marching up to the ICE Office demanding to be let inside under her “congressional authority”… whatever the heck that meant. She found her authority got the door slammed in her face! She is not above the law.
I guess she told on herself that she is the authority over the organizing head of the SEIU local.
These people are public servants and not public AUTHORITIES. The authorities are the ones slamming the doors and removing the emotionally, mentally unhinged from public places.
