You know, the King Arthur Flour logo is very similar to the Crest of Ukraine… just sayin’. And there is no real nutritional value in their flour except for the amount of sugar. I would highly suggest people buy Bob’s Red Mill or order flour in bulk from Azure Standard OR buy the best organic flour you can find. I learned that when wheat is planted and they spray anhydrous ammonia on the fields, that it destroys the nutrients in the seed so all we end up with is junk… sugars. No wonder we gain weight from store bought flours and breads.
I hear you and buy the organic… along with Red Mill! It’s hard to find food that is eatable but that will change very soon.
Speaking of eating healthy. I’ve yet to hear anything from RFK jr since being sworn in. Not a peep.

We have visited their warehouse in Dufur, Oregon. it is a great family owned Oregon business, My favorite wheat is one of the oldest varieties available…Einkorn. I purchase it from an Idaho farm . If interested check out ancientgrains.com. I believe it is much better for us than anything on our local grocery shelves.
