President Trump’s attorney, Michael van der Veen said, “If they want to have witnesses, I’m going to need at least over 100 depositions. Not just one!” He said many depositions need to be taken including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Vice President Kamala Harris.
Van der Veen stated, “These depositions should be done in person in my office in Philadelphia. That’s where they should be done.” He continued, “I don’t know how many civil lawyers are here, but that’s the way it works, folks. When you want somebody’s deposition, you send a notice of deposition and they appear at the place where the notice says. That’s civil process.”
The Dems laughed at him. Talk about the Democrat rigged process, their over confidence- and down right arrogance. Not to understate their down right PERJURY! Then he responded, “I don’t know why you’re laughing,” When he stepped away from the podium, he returned and stated, “I haven’t laughed at any of you and there’s nothing laughable here.”
The Senators voted to consider hearing from witnesses in the impeachment trial, potentially extending proceedings. Five Republican senators joined all Democrats in voting 55-45 on a motion to consider witnesses and testimony.
A heated van der Veen blasted the late action, saying – it’s time to close this case out!”
So, time will tell what Trump’s attorneys have up their sleeve. Hopefully something…but don’t hold your breath. This is all upside down. For this impeachment facade to have even gotten this far is sheer lawlessness on steroids. This entire process should be called, “Perjury”, not “Impeachment”.
Pray for patience in waiting for the outcome of this evil, clown show brought to you by the drunkards of Babylon.

I was actually hoping for the continuance with witnesses and disappointed that this did not occur.
I heard that Trump’s defense team has over 300 witnesses ready to go…maybe the house managers were intimidated by this and were unwilling for the truth to be revealed in the public forum?
I am still hopeful that the truth will be revealed. Our Lord and Savior is not one who lies and justice is His. His Word says that all truth will be brought to light and vengeance is his and he will repay.
I have a feeling the 301 will be used in sophenaes for a bunch of things. The crime is still under investigation, and this was a congressional hearing. Now the evidence and their perjury is exposed. Watch for the FBI to indict and now the world will watch for they know what they have done. Civil court! They were fools.
And watch, they will go to Philadelphia and give their depositions there. They laughed to soon.
IF there actually is a military plan of action in place, as is often asserted here and elsewhere, and Trump is soon sworn in as the 19th president of our constitutional republic, and the traitor Wray is fired or arrested, hopefully both, then perhaps the FBI will indict treasonous Democrats and RINOs, but I’m certainly not holding my breath, and in the meantime, Wray is only arresting and/or indicting/harassing conservative and Christian Republicans!

The impeachment is a ploy and a perjury as Dems are racing against time so when the trials for voter fraud begin, they will have no Trump.

Just heard McConnell decided he would vote to acquit. Wonder what made him do that? Wonder if the stage II of this thing would be to sue in civil court all those who tarnished his name and purgered him, since this is not a civil court. Interesting.
And since they made this about the stolen election…that would open up a huge can of worms. Also saw a cell photo of the attorneys list of witnesses to be called – it had 301 names. Looks like something is going to happen but not in the way anyone would have thought.
