Again, your title is misleading. Sidney Powell cannot PROSECUTE any person in a MILITARY TRIBUNAL SETTING. All military tribunals MUST be prosecuted by MILITARY PERSONNEL even if the defendants are civilians. All prosecutors for the military must be military officer personnel. She can defend any defend as a civilian attorney in a military tribunal but she can’t prosecute, only the JAG can do that.
Now, she can bring civilian criminal lawsuits against a person for Treason to the Federal Courts. But it’s much more, think Military Intelligence The State Secrets Act….
