Al-Qahtani, a Goodwill Ambassador to Saudi, and chairman of the board of Al-Salam Holding Company, dropped dead unexpectedly while giving a speech at a conference in Egypt.
He had been vaxed which got people saying it was the vax, but fact checkers have responded quickly to assure people that this is not so. Some are still looking for the cause of death as doctors have said they are not sure but are sure it was SADS, but many yet believe the odds of him having “SVDS” – Sudden VAX Death Syndrome, is more likely.

Al-Qahtani was chairman of the board of Al-Salam Holding Company and reportedly held a number of honorary positions as a goodwill ambassador.
The last words he said were about Egyptian President Abdel Fattah. “The dean of men and a man of peace,” said Al-Qahtani, before collapsing and dying.
