Before taking office, President Trump was a billionaire business tycoon who successfully built his corporate brand. He was fully aware of corporate America and the history of the United States. He knew the corporation of the United States of America was corrupt and he knew its’ history completely. He understood the Virginia Treaty and its’ first signage into the corporation of the United States of America with the Crown of England and Admirality/Maritime law and the 20% tax that would be gathered yearly and paid to the Crown via the treaty in the agreement to end the revolution.
The original Virginia Corporation was established to do commerce in the Colonies under the Crown as the East India Company. To gain our freedom to be a sovereign nation, governed by We The People of the United States. The agreement was silently made to pay a set tax to the crown. If at anytime the new United States could not govern itself, it was to go back under the rule of the Crown. This was undoubtedly done to protect the fledgling nation from foreign occupation by other nations should this idea of governing fail. For at the time, France, Great Britain, and Spain sought to gain other territories in the Americas. It was all done under Dum Diversa a Papal Bull decree that the congress of the United States kept on their books that allowed them to claim land. Not long after the formation of the United States came the first war, called the Barbary War, also called Tripolitan War, (1801–05), conflict between the United States and Tripoli (now in Libya), was incited by American refusal to continue payment of tribute to pirates who ruled the North African Barbary States of Algiers, Tunis, Morocco, and Tripoli. This continued on with the Great American Indian wars, and led into the war of 1812. More Indian wars and right into the civil war. This nation has been fighting to exist, on this soil to stand for liberty and freedom since its’ inception. Perhaps had the colonies actually honored their treaties with the indigenous peoples and treated them with respect and not waved a Papal Bull in their faces, the history of America would have looked quite different. But, this is the road they traveled and this is the journey we inherited and the road we all are still traveling. It is indeed the final battle field to establish on a fair and equal footing the rights of all people under God’s natural law of liberty and freedom , true justice and not a corporate document that enslaves. It is the destiny of God’s people to truly establish a land of the free where all live in harmony to nature and God’s natural laws. Yet, it has never truly been freed from greedy hands of those who sought to seize her then, and still seek to seize her today through pieces of paper as invalid as the fiat currency that backs it.
Donald J. Trump knew of the many loop holes in corporations and the devious addition of articles, amendments, the corrupt transfer of ownership into wicked hands and all the corruption. He set out to free her for the evil had reached the point of no return. Not for any man, woman, or child in America or on this great earth.
As we watch the miraculous way the Lord God has positioned the right courageous people to take on the giants who have enslaved and all but captured, forever, the American people, the words of Moses is shouting in the air from sea to shining sea – “STAND STILL AND BEHOLD THE SALVATION OF THE LORD!”

CLEARING UP THE MYTHS YOU’VE BEEN TOLD
The first capitol of the United States was set up in Philadelphia. It was there from 1790 to 1800. Our first President, George Washington was born on Feb 22, 1732 and lived unto Dec 14, 1799. He died at the age of 67. There is no way he lay out the capitol in Washington DC in the shape of a Baphomet Pentagram, nor decorated it with pagan gods and goddesses and satanic cult hidden meanings of secret societies. Those who say “but our founding fathers were masons” and bla, bla, bla. Not all masons are evil, just as not all religions are not Christian based. Everything under the sun has been infiltrated by wicked people disguised as doing good. How else can you deceive an unsuspecting God fearing people? The easiest way is through deception and hidden agendas. Today they aren’t hiding anything for those with eyes to see.

Our Hidden History of Corporations in the United States
When American colonists declared independence from England in 1776, they also freed themselves from control by English corporations that extracted their wealth and dominated trade. After fighting a revolution to end this exploitation, our country’s founders retained a healthy fear of corporate power and wisely limited corporations exclusively to a business role. Corporations were forbidden from attempting to influence elections, public policy, and other realms of civic society.
Initially, the privilege of incorporation was granted selectively to enable activities that benefited the public, such as construction of roads or canals. Enabling shareholders to profit was seen as a means to that end. The states also imposed conditions (some of which remain on the books, though unused) like these*:
- Corporate charters (licenses to exist) were granted for a limited time and could be revoked promptly for violating laws.
- Corporations could engage only in activities necessary to fulfill their chartered purpose.
- Corporations could not own stock in other corporations nor own any property that was not essential to fulfilling their chartered purpose.
- Corporations were often terminated if they exceeded their authority or caused public harm.
- Owners and managers were responsible for criminal acts committed on the job.
- Corporations could not make any political or charitable contributions nor spend money to influence law-making.
For 100 years after the American Revolution, legislators maintained tight control of the corporate chartering process. Because of widespread public opposition, early legislators granted very few corporate charters, and only after debate. Citizens governed corporations by detailing operating conditions not just in charters but also in state constitutions and state laws. Incorporated businesses were prohibited from taking any action that legislators did not specifically allow.
States also limited corporate charters to a set number of years. Unless a legislature renewed an expiring charter, the corporation was dissolved and its assets were divided among shareholders. Citizen authority clauses limited capitalization, debts, land holdings, and sometimes, even profits. They required a company’s accounting books to be turned over to a legislature upon request. The power of large shareholders was limited by scaled voting, so that large and small investors had equal voting rights. Interlocking directorates were outlawed. Shareholders had the right to remove directors at will.
In Europe, charters protected directors and stockholders from liability for debts and harms caused by their corporations. American legislators explicitly rejected this corporate shield. The penalty for abuse or misuse of the charter was not a plea bargain and a fine, but dissolution of the corporation.
In 1819 the U.S. Supreme Court tried to strip states of this sovereign right by overruling a lower court’s decision that allowed New Hampshire to revoke a charter granted to Dartmouth College by King George III. The Court claimed that since the charter contained no revocation clause, it could not be withdrawn. The Supreme Court’s attack on state sovereignty outraged citizens. Laws were written or re-written and new state constitutional amendments passed to circumvent the (Dartmouth College v Woodward) ruling. Over several decades starting in 1844, nineteen states amended their constitutions to make corporate charters subject to alteration or revocation by their legislatures. As late as 1855 it seemed that the Supreme Court had gotten the people’s message when in Dodge v. Woolsey it reaffirmed state’s powers over “artificial bodies.”
But the men running corporations pressed on. Contests over charter were battles to control labor, resources, community rights, and political sovereignty. More and more frequently, corporations were abusing their charters to become conglomerates and trusts. They converted the nation’s resources and treasures into private fortunes, creating factory systems and company towns. Political power began flowing to absentee owners, rather than community-rooted enterprises.
The industrial age forced a nation of farmers to become wage earners, and they became fearful of unemployment–a new fear that corporations quickly learned to exploit. Company towns arose. and blacklists of labor organizers and workers who spoke up for their rights became common. When workers began to organize, industrialists and bankers hired private armies to keep them in line — sometimes by killing key leaders. They bought newspapers to paint businessmen as heroes and shape public opinion. Corporations bought state legislators, then announced legislators were corrupt and said scrutinizing every corporate operation wasted public resources.
Government spending during the Civil War brought these corporations fantastic wealth. Corporate executives paid “borers” to infest Congress and state capitals, bribing elected and appointed officials alike. They pried loose an avalanche of government financial largesse. During this time, legislators were persuaded to give corporations limited liability, decreased citizen authority over them, and extended durations of charters.
Attempts were made to keep strong charter laws in place, but with the courts applying legal doctrines that made protection of corporations and corporate property the center of constitutional law, citizen sovereignty was undermined. As corporations grew stronger, government and the courts became easier prey. They freely reinterpreted the U.S. Constitution and transformed common law doctrines.
One of the most severe blows to citizen authority arose out of the 1886 Supreme Court case of Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad. Though the court did not make a ruling on the question of “corporate personhood,” thanks to misleading notes of a clerk, the decision subsequently was used as precedent to hold that a corporation was a “natural person.” This story was detailed in “The Theft of Human Rights,” a chapter in Thom Hartmann’s recommended book Unequal Protection.
From that point on, the 14th Amendment, enacted to protect rights of freed slaves, was used routinely to grant corporations constitutional “personhood.” Justices have since struck down hundreds of local, state and federal laws enacted to protect people from corporate harm based on this illegitimate premise. Armed with these “rights,” corporations increased control over resources, jobs, commerce, politicians, even judges and the law.
A United States Congressional committee concluded in 1941, “The principal instrument of the concentration of economic power and wealth has been the corporate charter with unlimited power….”
Many U.S.-based corporations are now transnational, but the corrupted charter remains the legal basis for their existence. At Reclaim Democracy!, we believe citizens can reassert the convictions of our nation’s founders who struggled successfully to free us from corporate rule in the past. These changes must occur at the most fundamental level — the U.S. Constitution.

What is this global talk about? Are we becoming global citizens?
The U.S. became a corporation shortly following the Civil War. We were in deep debt, and London, along with the Vatican agreed to loan us money as long as we became a corporation. Lincoln was killed because they knew he would never agree to that. The District of Columbia was separate from the U.S. territory for a reason. When we became a corporation our presidents have acted more like CEOs of companies rather than a president. The Cabal (Deep State) owned those loans, (Cabal is world wide; the 13 family bloodlines of the Alluminati, The Rockefellers, Rothchilds etc; Central Banks, The Federal Reserve, all private banks). They have been robbing the world’s wealth for nearly 1,000 years. Satanic as well! Trump dissolved the corporation back in 2019 while he was in London, where the corporate paper were originally signed. During this 2020 election we were actually back under the laws of the constitution. Trump was/is moving us back to the constitution (and it’s laws). Our inauguration date is actually March 4, according to THE CONSTITUTION. Jan. 20th was under the corporation. Technically the election was invalid. From what I have learned, we are current under the control of FEMA and the military…………until they rid all the corrupt congressional actors out. Why do you think D.C. looks like a prison right now. The capitol is fenced in. The razor wire is turned in to keep people in not to keep people out. Gradually, more will be exposed to us. The power is being returned to WE THE PEOPLE, just as the Constitution demands! Watch and see! The fraudulent inauguration we saw looked more like a Hunger Games episode.

There are two Crowns

At that point the Patriots and Colonist had no right to vote, lost the right to own their lands with free and clear title, lost the right to choose their Rule of Law form and remained as they were before the war, citizen subjects and debt slaves. Then to lay the final foundation block in1791 Washington, Hamilton, King George and the Tories created their own banking system in America with all foreign charter members. So much for the enforcement of the Declaration of Independence. How much more could Patriots and Colonist lose.

We are taught in our schools that We the People won the Revolutionary War/War of Independence, yet there is only document that is recorded to have formally ended the war and that would be the King’s Treaty.. What did the Patriots and Colonist win having any substance. Help me make that list.

I hear ya, KC. I think many of us feel as you described. We have this sense of urgency rising up inside of us as events are unfolding, like the impeachment. Then we are holding on to hope that things will work out in our favor, like DJTrump getting into office. Also, there’s talk that the swamp will be drained, but it seems to be filling up instead. Many of us could just scream at the top of our lungs to “stop the madness,” instead, things seem to be going even madder, crazier. Whew! This is heavy, beyond anything we could have imagined, and nearly more than we can bear. We wonder… Why can’t life just go like we had hoped? Truth be told… We are in an enormous phase of uncertainties, uncharted territory (at least in our lifetimes), and a period of major transitioning. This event is complicated, confusing, filled with unanswered questions, and life-changing. We wish it were much simpler so we could wrap it up and move on. But, here we are, struggling through it in the best way that we can. Together, as true American Patriots, we’re faced with the need to hold on to hope and to keep pressing forward. I wish this were easier on us, but I’m optimistic that our struggle will strengthen us for whatever lies ahead. I have a feeling we’re going to need it. Pressing on with all of you brave souls makes me thankful to be alive and honored to be witnessing this moment in our history. The work we put into this now will benefit, not only us, but generations to come. Side by side, we can do this.
