California Democrats Advance Bill to Allow Illegal Aliens to Buy Homes with Zero Down Payment and 0% Interest!
The Gateway Pundit reported that the “Democrat hellhole of California…” (their words, not mine) and its Illegal aliens will get interest-free home mortgage loans under a new California bill.
Excerpts, “Democrat assembly member Joaquin Arambula (Fresno) recently introduced Assembly Bill 1840 to extend a first-time homebuyer loan program to illegal aliens.
“If the bill becomes law, illegal aliens will be eligible for a new program that offers a loan worth 20% of the purchase price of the residential property. There are no monthly payments and no interest accrues on the loan. Rather, the loan is paid back when the borrower refinances or sells the property. The borrower will have to pay back the original loan plus a 20% increase in the value of the property.”

But hey… they’ve been working on this for a while…last October 2023 they cracked down on the system!
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Last October, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and Justice Department issued a joint statement that reminds financial institutions that all credit applicants are protected from discrimination on the basis of their national origin, race, and other characteristics covered by the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, regardless of their immigration status. The CFPB and Justice Department issued this statement because consumers have reported being rejected for credit cards as well as for auto, student, personal, and equipment loans because of their immigration status, even when they have strong credit histories and ties to the United States and are otherwise qualified to receive the loans.
So, if you come here illegally, and you want to get a loan… even though you may still be deported when it comes time for your review board hearing???? Fear not, while you are here illegally, banks have to give/extend credit to you as some sort of illegal alien right? Why they are to do that exactly? I have no idea, and neither do a lot of other Americans who would love to take part in all the free stuff, especially mortgages with no down payment and no interest. I mean, who wouldn’t?
The CFBP joint statement read, “Lenders should not deny people the opportunity to take out a loan to buy a home, build their businesses or otherwise pursue their financial goals because of unlawful bias and without regard to their actual ability to repay,” said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. “This guidance reminds lenders that denying someone access to credit based solely on their actual or perceived immigrant status may violate federal law.”
So as usual, we can view the CFBP and Justice Department as step 1 that leads to step 2 and 3…etc. How so? Well, now in California (since it’s all about Human and Civil Rights all of a sudden and you can’t deny credit if someone is here illegally) they are pushing for step 2 and that is Illegals can get a mortgage free of a down payment that all US citizens must have, and interest free loans? Oh my head hurts. This is right out of WHO-ville. Can anyone guess what step 3 will bring? There are always future steps to achieve their bigger global goal for the common good of all. (So far none of the common good stuff has benefited the all.)

The question is why is it they (government) aren’t organized to stop illegal border crossings of human/ child/ drug and gun trafficking, but we have everything organized once they get here illegally to somehow legally give them, even if that is illegal according to the constitution and laws of the land? It sure looks like a very new form of election interference, organizing and gaslighting the public with an upside down and inside out view of whatever it takes to create a voter block for the unelectable appointed ones. Or something like that? That is sure looking like step 3. This is all lawlessness in our faces, but, hey the Dems need bodies and names for their mail in ballots to save their democracy?
I swear we are watching the greatest central casting “give away America” show on earth – along with the greatest perp walk ever imagined!
At the DNC we saw Perpy Pritzker and his new look and liar dialogue in support for illegal immigrants, among other whoppers.
The 2.0 said a lot, and not much of it was true? But isn’t that the point in the entire fiasco they are calling the DNC?
How many really believe that was Oprah 1.0? My guess is 2.0. They want a new America with all new people… or so that’s what it was sounding like?
