Events are moving quickly as many people are pushing back legally on the horrible Biden vaccine mandate.

Sidney asks you to please share this news with others!

Dear Patriots,

“We are sharing news you may have missed over the weekend.

“It is understandable that many people are not participating in any form of news. When they are exposed to good information, they are often shocked.  1- Last week Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (“MTG”) (R-GA) was allowed into the DC prison where the January 6 political prisoners are being held. Please listen to her account of the deplorable conditions she found our fellow Americans to be living in. What these prisoners do every night at 9pm will touch your heart.

2- There is a temporary halt to the Biden vaccination mandate that he announced last Thursday.

(Townhall) Federal Court Stays Biden Vaccine Mandate for Private BusinessesQUOTE:On Saturday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit issued a temporary stay against the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate using a rule the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to require private companies with 100 or more employees mandate the vaccine or subject employees to regular testing, or else face crippling fines.

Ben Winslow with FOX 13, a local outlet in Salt Lake City, was among the first to report on the ruling. The ruling comes after state attorney generals from Texas, Utah, Louisiana, Mississippi and South Carolina brought the suit, as did private businesses.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton emphasized that they won, but that this is not the end of the road. The Government was ordered to respond to motion for a permanent injunction by Monday, and the petitioners have to file any reply they may have by Tuesday.

BREAKING: Federal Court Stays Biden Vaccine Mandate for Private Businesses

3- It is interesting who gets exempted and who does not and who decides that. We are happy for the truckers who now can do their jobs without forced vaccination.

(Yahoo) Trucking industry hails ‘huge victory’ after Labor Secretary says most truckers will be exempt from Biden’s vaccine mandateQUOTE:Truckers hailed victory on Friday after Labor Secretary Marty Walsh said in an interview that most drivers will be exempt from President Biden’s vaccine and testing mandate, CNBC reported.

Walsh’s comments came in response to criticism from the trucking industry against a policy announced by The White House on Thursday that will require millions of workers to be fully vaccinated or get tested regularly. The new rules are set to come into effect on January 4.

American Trucking Associations President and CEO Chris Spear said the provisions for truckers were “an enormous victory for our association and industry” in a statement on Friday.

Earlier this week, The Truckload Carriers Association released a statement that said the “disastrous mandate … will undoubtedly ensure the trucking industry loses a substantial number of drivers.” Insider has contacted TCA for comment.

4- Florida has a state law that allows parents to decide if their children should be masked. The education unions have been fighting that law as they want everyone to be forced to mask. A Florida judge has tossed out the lawsuit of the school districts.(The Hill)
Judge tosses Florida school districts’ lawsuit over mask mandate ban

QUOTE:A Florida judge tossed a challenge from several of the state’s school districts over the Sunshine State’s ban on school mask mandates.

In a statement, the Florida Department of Health hailed the ruling as “yet another victory for parent’s rights.”

“At this point, the courts have been entirely clear: All school districts must come into compliance with the law and honor parental rights to make decisions for their children,” the statement said.

The ruling is the latest in a months-long battle between school districts and the state which has resulted in some districts losing hundreds of thousands of dollars over their masking protocols.
5- In all the election news last week, you may have missed the amendments that Texans passed.

(The Epoch Times)  Texans Pass 8 Amendments to State Constitution, Including One That Strengthens Religious Freedom

QUOTE: Texans hit the polls earlier in the week to pass all eight proposed amendments to the state constitution, including one that curtails the ability of government to restrict religious services, also during emergencies like pandemics, according to state authorities.

The Texas Secretary of State has announced unofficial results of the vote, which took place on Nov. 2 and was required to approve the amendments, which were earlier passed as bills during the legislative session. Two of the propositions were created explicitly in response to COVID-19 restrictions.

Proposition 3, which won the backing of 62.4 percent of voters, amends Article 1 of the Texas Constitution by adding a new section preventing the state, or any political subdivision of the state, from enacting any laws that prohibit or limit religious services, including ones conducted in churches, congregations, and other places of worship.

6- Another crack in the dam. The Kansas Governor, A DEMOCRAT, says no to the Biden mandate.

(The Hill)

Democratic governor comes out against Biden’s vaccine mandateQUOTE:Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly, a Democrat, came out on Friday against President Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees, saying she doesn’t think it’s the “correct” or “most effective” move.
The Democratic governor, who is up for reelection next year, said she appreciates “the intention to keep people safe” but doesn’t think the administration’s vaccinate-or-test requirements serve as a “solution for Kansas.”

“It is too late to impose a federal standard now that we have already developed systems and strategies that are tailored for our specific needs,” she said.
“I will seek a resolution that continues to recognize the uniqueness of our state and builds on our on-going efforts to combat a once-in-a-century crisis,” she added.

Her disapproval of the administration’s move comes as many Republican governors and attorneys general have voiced their opposition to the vaccine requirements for businesses.
7- Here is how to fight back. (Headline USA)

Teacher Booted from Class for Attending J6 Rally Wins School Board Seat

QUOTE:Braintree High School in Massachusetts forced a teacher to resign after attending the political protest at the Capitol on Jan. 6, but, after a victory on Tuesday night, he now sits on the district’s school board, The Gateway Pundit reported.

Matthew Lynch, 35, taught high school at Braintree for 10 years before someone shared a picture of him at the Capitol on social media, the FBI reportedly harassed him, and he was forced to resign.

In a seven-way race with three open seats, Lynch easily won the second slot by earning 2,319 votes, Patch reported.

Lynch said the “digital Lynch mob” that shared the photograph was “slandering me as a domestic terrorist.”
