REALLY BERNIE?  I MEAN REALLY?

For those Bernie supporters who said, and are still saying,  “Bernie did what he said he would do all along.”  I ask you how?   I heard him tell you all that he would take this to the convention and it was not over.  The revolution was just beginning etc.  Then he endorsed Hillary – yes like he said he would do all along.  Then he told you it wasn’t over he was taking it to the convention.  Well you went to the convention and he told you it wasn’t over then he said, “Vote for Hillary”.  Then you booed him. Then many of you cried.  Why?
The world watched the Bernie delegates go to the roll call vote and vote for Bernie.  They watched as Hillary shamefully told Bernie what he was going to do and he did.  The world watched as Bernie got up and gave all his delegate votes to Hillary.  The world watched as all the Bernie delegates walked out of the convention center.  The world watched as Bernie stayed and applauded Hillary.

The world watched as disillusioned Bernie supporters wandered about in shock and tears wondering what the heck just happened.  The world watched as many in denial upheld Bernie saying, “Bernie did what he said he would do.”  They could not even get themselves to see they were betrayed by the Bernie that told them, “We are taking the revolution all the way to the convention center” then he sold them all out.

They watched as Bernie withdrew from the Democratic party and announced he was now an independent again.  The same Bernie who never had a job until he was 40 years old and went into politics.  The same Bernie who is a communist who calls himself a socialist.  The same Bernie who promised all his supporters free stuff and didn’t even honor his word to take it to the convention and fight there.  Instead at the convention he didn’t call the DNC out for the WikiLeaks sabotage, instead he sold his supporters out and honored a pledge to the ones who got caught rigging the election.  At that point of hard evidence of voter fraud he could have made a stand and won. Instead,  he bowed to the DNC of who he was never a real party member of.  So where is the honor in that?  He did not even stand up for his own supporters who were bullied at the convention.  He tucked his head between his legs and hid from what was taking place in real time.
 He turned his back on the so-called revolution he stirred up. Even saying things in his DNC speech like, “We have come a long way in the last 71/2 years, and I thank President Obama and Vice President Biden for their leadership in pulling us out of that terrible recession.”
What the heck was he talking about?
“Our job now is to see that platform implemented by a Democratic Senate, a Democratic House and a Hillary Clinton presidency – and I am going to do everything I can to make that happen.”
It is what it is. Do not hold your breath believing Hillary will stop the TTP.  They just announced that in the first 100 days they will make America Mexico.  Good luck getting a job.  Good luck with any of the things you stood for if Hillary is elected. And thank the Bern for handing you all over at the convention.
The world watched as Bernie sold out all his people.  To think they were willing to die for him…..never understanding he was never willing to even stand with them.
