It is said that in 1999 – the National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act, also known as the National Economic Security and Reformation Act – came about from a 1993 ruling of the US Supreme Court after 30 years of lawsuits by the Farmers Union. In that successful suit the US banking system and US government were found to be in collusion to defraud US citizens. Yet to this day, it had not been enacted, at least not publically announced that it has been.
WORLD BANKING SYSTEM – What we believe we know…
The US military had long known about the government corruption known as the deep state cabal, a shadow government that had infiltrated into government agencies and levels of authority, including our banking system. JFK had brought many things to light and his assassination had brought much more corruption to the surface. Vice President Nixon made the final cut from the gold standard in 1971 giving the Federal Reserve Banks the piece they needed to continue their money schemes. Around 1979 those who knew the corruption went deep and was unlawful, made plans to stop this and end their self-serving world monetary system. It was a long process as military departments were also infiltrated.
It is said that in 1991 Roy Schwasinger went before a senate committee to present evidence of the international bankers and government criminal activity through the Federal Reserve. He exposed how the Corporation of the United States (USA, Inc.) was tied to the establishment of a New World Order which intended to bring about a fascist One World Government ruled by the international bankers.
In 1992 a task force was assembled consisting of over 300 retired and 35 active US military officers who stood behind their oath to defend the constitution and supported Constitutional Law. The task force duties were to investigate governmental officials, Congressional officers, judges, and the Federal Reserve to determine the validity and degree of any wrong doing.
Among those on the task force were Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Jeremy Boorda, General David McCloud and former Director of Central Intelligence, William Colby. Their investigation uncovered dire proof of what had become a common practice of bribery and extortion committed by congress members, senators and judges. The findings showed that the criminal activity was so rampant that only two out of 535 members of Congress were deemed honest. More importantly, in 1992 through a “Farmers Claims class action lawsuit” they ordered and carried out the first-ever (and only) audit of the Federal Reserve.
They say that at that time, the Federal Reserve was used to giving orders to politicians and had no intentions of being audited. However, after being informed their offices would be raided under military gunpoint if necessary, the Federal Reserve complied with the investigation. After reviewing their files the military officers found $800 trillion dollars sitting in accounts which should have been applied to the national debt. Contrary to federal government propaganda, they also discovered that most nations owed money to the United States instead of the other way around.
They say 800+ trillions were confiscated and placed into European bank accounts in order to generate the enormous funds needed to pay the successful Farmers Claims class action lawsuit that helped to instigate the 1992 Federal Reserve Audit. These trillions would later become the basis of the Global Currency Reset Prosperity Programs. It has all been a long process. Nothing happened overnight and it is yet ongoing to restore the monies back to the people who it was swindled away from.
Despite losing control of $800 trillion through the 1992 audit of the Federal Reserve, the corrupt founder of the CIA mind control program MKULTRA George H.W. Bush (NAZI paperclipped George Scherff Jr.), who was President at that time, garnered the help of the Illuminati to continue on with their plans of global enslavement.
Part of these plans, they say, were to continue to use mind control techniques on the masses, which included continuation of its secret inhumane MKULTRA mind control torture methods gained from adult and child victims used in Nazi Germany concentration camps.
Allegedly, hidden from the public was the fact that in August of 1992, the military officers confronted President Bush and demanded he sign an agreement that he would return the United States to Constitutional Law. He was ordered to never use the term New World Order again. Bush pretended to cooperate, but secretly planned to bring about the New World Order anyway using the CIA and their use of mind control to overpower the American public.

Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment.
Agenda 21, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the Statement of principles for the Sustainable Management of Forests were adopted by more than 178 Governments at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 3 to 14 June 1992.
The Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD) was created in December 1992 to ensure effective follow-up of UNCED, to monitor and report on implementation of the agreements at the local, national, regional and international levels. It was agreed that a five year review of Earth Summit progress would be made in 1997 by the United Nations General Assembly meeting in special session.
The full implementation of Agenda 21, the Programme for Further Implementation of Agenda 21 and the Commitments to the Rio principles, were strongly reaffirmed at the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) held in Johannesburg, South Africa from 26 August to 4 September 2002.

The United States is a signatory country to Agenda 21, but because Agenda 21 is a legally non-binding statement of intent and not a treaty, the United States Senate did not hold a formal debate or vote on it. It is therefore not considered to be law under Article Six of the United States Constitution. President George H. W. Bush was one of the 178 heads of government who signed the final text of the agreement at the Earth Summit in 1992, and in the same year Representatives Nancy Pelosi, Eliot Engel and William Broomfield spoke in support of United States House of Representatives Concurrent Resolution 353, supporting implementation of Agenda 21 in the United States. Created by Executive Order 12852 in 1993, the President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD) was explicitly charged with recommending a national action plan for sustainable development to the President.
Unknown to the public, it was on December 25, 1992 that President George H.W. Bush set out to sign an Executive Order that would have indefinitely closed all banks, giving Bush an excuse to declare martial law. Under the chaos of martial law, Bush intended to install a new Constitution which would have kept everyone currently in office in their same position for 25 years, plus removed all rights to elect new officials. The military intervened and stopped Bush from signing that Executive order.
It was President Clinton, who in 1993,created by Executive Order 12852, the President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD) that initiated a national action plan for sustainable development to the President. The PCSD submitted its report, “Sustainable America: A New Consensus”, to the President in early 1996. The PCSD set 10 common goals to support the Agenda 21 movement:

In the United States, over 528 cities are members of ICLEI, an international sustainability organization that helps to implement the Agenda 21 and Local Agenda 21 concepts across the world. The United States has nearly half of the ICLEI’s global membership of 1,200 cities promoting sustainable development at a local level. The United States also has one of the most comprehensively documented Agenda 21 status reports. In response to the opposition, Don Knapp, U.S. spokesman for the ICLEI, has said “Sustainable development is not a top-down conspiracy from the U.N., but a bottom-up push from local governments”.

In 1993 members of the Supreme Court, certain members of Congress and representatives from the Clinton government met with high ranking US military officers who were demanding a return to Constitutional Law, reforms of the banking system and financial redress. To date… there are those who claim the farmers never won their law suit and the entire story of NESARA was a public ruse to draw attention to the Federal Reserves and illegal actions of the IRS. Many write ups on the issue take you down an entirely different chain of events.
It is appearing that if this was a case won by the Farmers in the said year it was a victory for them, and that the information would not have been so secretly contained. There would have been much pressure on President Clinton to sign the act to award the farmers.
Whereas, there is corruption and the Federal Reserves have much to answer to concerning the fraudulent activities on the people, to say NESARA AND GESARA is in process and waiting to be distributed is not looking very sound. However, the hidden 800 trillion dollars plus… is an entirely different story. It appears more honestly, and fact based to say we are cleaning up the swamp and ridding the Khazarian Lizard Oligarchs from their tyrannical one world order coming into fruition. On the other hand, it is hard to imagine that the United States could have acquired 800 Trillion dollars during a time where a Billion dollars seemed massive, and all in such a short amount of time? Just saying…ponder it. And it doesn’t make sense that the U.S. Government would send it out to foreign banks???
Remember it is their story, not mine. Their meaning those who have written the legacy of NESARA who said, “800+ trillions were confiscated and placed into European bank accounts in order to generate the enormous funds needed to pay the successful Farmers Claims class action lawsuit that helped to instigate the 1992 Federal Reserve Audit.” I find it very hard to believe farmers in the 70’s through the 90’s were even asking for trillions in compensation and to think 800 trillion? Well that amount of money is mind boggling even by today’s standards.
The real battle is on to RESET either for global tyranny or global freedom and sovereignty of nations of which the gold backed currency is reestablished and debts are removed for all nations. A new world where what was supposed to be accomplished by a United Nations and was not, nor ever going to be so… is replaced by a Sovereignty of nations that establish just that. I see the end of the corrupt banking cabal and a new day dawning where law and order and freedom is restored.
Whereas NESARA was supposed to have offered these things:
Do away with the Federal Reserve Bank, IRS and shadow US government of the Cabal, plus implement the following changes:
A. Approximately $1 trillion of public debt imposed by the Federal Reserve banking cartel families would be eliminated.
B. This was the Federal Reserve’s worst nightmare, a “jubilee” or a forgiveness of debt due to the illegal banking and government activities. Some private debt would be forgiven including home mortgages, car, credit card, student loan and other bank debt.
C. Common Law would be the law of the land forcing the government not to use military force.
D. Inflation would be abolished.
E. Much stricter banking controls would be put in place.
F. Abolished the US income tax and the IRS. Employees of the IRS would be transferred into the US Treasury national sales tax area.
G. Created a 14% flat rate non-essential new items only sales tax revenue for the government. Food and medicine would not be taxed, nor would used items such as old homes.
H. Increased benefits to senior citizens.
I. Returned Constitutional Law to all courts and legal matters.
J. Reinstated the original Title of Nobility amendment.
K. Established new Presidential and Congressional elections within 120 days after NESARA’s announcement. Monitored elections and prevented illegal election activities of special interest groups.
L. The interim government would cancel all national emergencies and returned us back to Constitutional Law.
M. Created a new U.S. Treasury rainbow currency backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals, ending the bankruptcy of the United States initiated by Franklin Roosevelt in 1933.
N. Forbid the sale of American birth certificate records as chattel property bonds by the US Department of Transportation.
O. Initiated a new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with Constitutional Law.
P. Eliminated the Federal Reserve System. During the transition period the Federal Reserve would be allowed to operate side by side of the new U.S. Treasury for one year in order to remove all Federal Reserve notes from the money supply.
Q. Restored financial privacy.
R. Retrained all judges and attorneys in Constitutional Law.
S. Ceased all aggressive, U.S. government military actions worldwide.
T. Released enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes. U. Enabled release of over 6,000 patents of suppressed technologies that were withheld from the public under the guise of national security, including free energy devices, antigravity, and sonic healing machines.
It appears these things will be accomplished by ridding the world of the clutches of the Khazarian Oligarchs and their NAZI ideology. That being said, we can be sure that the U.S. military, and other good ones from the nations who desire sovereignty, are diligently working both separately and together, to clean out the infiltrators that have reigned havoc in and on their lands.
I put more stock in President Trump’s plans to restore the Republic and trust those are in full motion. The Executive Order that President Trump signed on November 2, 2020 has in its title, as mentioned previously, the year 1776 in which American colonies declared their independence from Britain. It’s the year that the Declaration of Independence was issued on July 4, 1776 (history.state.gov). It is apparent that the district of Columbia is a foreign entitity and has been since its incorporation in 1871, again done in secret.
It appears without a doubt that we are headed for a free Republic with restitution from those who stole from us, just not in the way we’ve been told. Follow President Trump’s executive orders and you will see the way is clearly laid out.
What we know for certain is that there is a world wide battle between good and evil.
