Of course he did! This was a big Chess Move and the art of the deal was definitely behind it!
The pawns were poked going forward (some out front taking the hits), the castles were castling, the knights were jumping men all over the board, and the Queen was sliding in all directions… the king was carefully guarded and the bishops were keeping a careful eye out. The Master Chess Player was tucked away in concentration at Mar-a-Lago. In the end… it wasn’t a stale mate it was point blank…CHECK MATE!
While the tactics Gaetz used appeared to be rogue and rash, it appears to have been designed to make both Gaetz and Boebert look irritating to the left, the right, and fake news ran with the two of them defying their leader that they love and calling him out with their wrap up smear of “it’s all because of Trump and the MAGA rebels who have no rudder in the storm they have stirred up”. And of course pouring hot oil on the old lies of “J-6 MAGA under Trump attacked the capitol” and hearing all manner of left leaning lies again and again as though they were a truth.
It certainly got the ratings and I was among the irritated as this show was scripted so off the wall it worked and I found where my aggravation points were that I need to work on. Where I was off, and where I was on target, and of course, nothing is as it appears in the room filled with some wandering rubber masks. That’s all I’ll say on that one for many things are still up for grabs. Smile. What is certain was who was in control of calling the shots. That one appears now to be confirmed as President Trump, at the Mar-a-Lago Library with the candelabra and a cell phone.
Meanwhile it is clear that the majority GOP in congress were putting McCarthy in the Speakers seat, and Majorie Taylor Greene looked as though she found a new boyfriend in Kevin darling… Boebert at times was channeling like a liberal making many squirm and leaving them (myself included) to wonder what hit her in the head… and Gaetz became the new left wing with, “I love Trump but he’s not very smart with choosing HR”…. when at the same time, nothing was as it appeared.
This was a show for certain. And we are now discussing what took place? The good thing is we are discussing and learning what the puzzle pieces were and how the 5-D chess moves were played and or how much was a coup and how much went off script? As there was a lot of adlibbing when tempers flared.
The good thing that came of this were all the concessions and restructuring of the congress rules to place the constitution back toward an original format as our founding fathers had prepared it and envisioned it to work. At least we gained giant strides in that direction.
The one thing that came into focus at the end was that President Trump is still in charge and when he made the call to Gaetz, Boebert and one to Majorie Taylor Greene, and Kevin… that we know of, it got wound up and McCarthy won the gavel.
One thing is clear, the agitation was successful. Here are some highlights….
So now we see on Friday night Rep. Dan Crenshaw walked over to speak with Rep. Matt Gaetz, who he earlier in the week called a “terrorist,” following another failed vote for Kevin McCarthy. People wondered if he had been punching walls or what happened to his knuckles?
When you poke bears, and alligators you know you are stirring up trouble. That is not diplomacy, that is what the left do to stir up a fight. So there was a lot of this type of stirring up. So, when you stir it up expect to get some backlash, for that is what happens.
It all makes for questions. Lots of questions.
Then in the photo below, Mike Rogers loses his temper and goes after Gaetz, who sits calmly like he’s done nothing at all to agitate the matter?
In theory, the conservatives are the ones who put McCarthy in the office when it all adds up in the end and McCarthy won the gavel, ending with his pleas to unite and repeatedly reassuring the world or at least his fellow representatives that he has been in constant communications with President Trump from the beginning. He didn’t say when that beginning was, nor how far back it began… but he did repeatedly say President Trump supported him, and President Trump, President Trump said… President Trump bla, bla, bla.
After having all of that digest… it appears that President Trump was aware of the entire script in the show and perhaps behind the successful negotiations for the concessions. At least in a mentorship position.
Imagine how else could McCarthy make so many drastic changes and not lose his standing with the RINOs? He was forced to do it or forever not get his gavel? Meanwhile, Gaetz and Boebert get a free pass to say whatever they want and get some recognition for being off the wall or on the wall on fake news and MTG gets to flirt with Kevin and look like she’s working on having a new fling …. and it’s all to create confusion and throw people off? Either that or what you see is what you get… and in that… “Houston we have a problem”, but then again, we already had one.
Now we have the congress concessions that will allow for some explosions like President Trump had forecast on Truth Social.
President Trump also stated, “The Fake News Media was, believe it or not, very gracious in their reporting that I greatly helped Kevin McCarthy attain the position of Speaker of the House. Thank you, I did our Country a big favor!”
“I do want to especially thank President Trump,” McCarthy told reporters. “I don’t think anybody should doubt his influence. He was with me from the beginning … he was all in.”
“He would call me, and he would call others. He really was — I was just talking to him tonight — helping get those final votes,” McCarthy said. “What he’s really saying, really, for the party and the country, that we have to come together. We have to focus on the economy. We’ve got to focus, make our borders secure. We gotta do so much work to do, and he was a great influence to make that all happen. Now that the smoke is clearing, it is obvious who was guiding the flames and blowing out the wayward matches when they were burning much more than they were told.

“Thank you Kevin,” Trump posted Saturday morning to Truth Social, along with video of the newly tapped speaker hailing Trump’s late-night call. “It was my great honor!”
So now, the most important thing to learn from this, at least for me is… to always keep my focus on the Lord God and not get drawn into the limitations of man made chaos. God always turns around what is bad for His good when he sees fit. It is all in God’s timing and not ours.
