Never before seen You Tube raw footage of the second place candidate!
Republican presidential candidate Teddy posted hours of raw, unedited and highly awkward footage onto its YouTube page this summer. Why? Because it’s the only legal way the campaign could make the footage available to any Super PACs that might want to use it for their pro– Teddy ads.
Campaigns often post videos like these as a way to navigate around campaign finance laws that restrict collusion between campaigns and outside groups because they are available in a public place. However, this footage is raw and largely uncut.
