COMING OUT OF EGYPT…

For all those who are looking for answers, and demanding to know exactly what proof lies in those with faith, and all who when given a clue of what is happening…are still asking for more proof, and when proof is given, then the next question is when exactly will this happen, and if it doesn’t happen fast, then it’s all rubbage….I will answer you this way, it is all Biblical.

Biblical as in the days of Noah when everyone was buying and selling, giving in marriage, basically living their lives, laughing at the thought of rain and mocking Noah’s building an ark, and knew not until the flood came and took them away.

Biblical as in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah in that all that was evil was good and all that was good was evil, following the desire of their own lusts, loving lies. Read Luke 17:26-30.

coming out of egypt

In Isaiah it tells us it will be Biblical as in the days when Moses led the people out of Egypt.

In that day they left with all the wealth of Egypt, after having the blessing of the passover. And what else happened? They were led out and along the way the people were happy, up until they reached the sea. On the day that the pillar of fire held back the armies of pharaoh at the peoples backs and the Red Sea was at their faces the doubting tripled. The people shouted at Moses vain deceits, accusing him of leading them to the sea to be killed by the Egyptian army, even as they watched the pillar of fire still holding them back. So why did God cease the pillar of fire? Was it a test of faith? Was it to show them their leader had little power without God? Was it also a test for Moses who kept the faith? Was it to glorify God?

Moses raised his arms with staff in hand and told the people to behold the salvation of the Lord and after this day you will no more see the armies of Pharaoh and the sea was parted. The people took a moment of awe, and headed through the opened path. Many wondered if the sea would fall back upon them, I’m sure the grumbling was immense. And then when they saw the pillar of fire cease and pharaohs army charging toward them, they screamed in terror. Their faith was tested to the max. But they all made it to the land before God closed the sea in and drowned the armies of Egypt. They praised God and sang the song of Moses.

It wasn’t long after and they grumbled again…and again…and again. The result of all of their non-belief ended with Moses coming down from the moutain with the laws of God and throwing them to the ground for they were not worthy. A division was made and many being slaughtered, even the ground opening up and devouring many. After many more grumblings they were destined to wander in the wilderness for fourty more years until that generation died out. All above the age of 20 being denied to enter the promised land of those who grumbled.

Well, keep grumbing and doubting. For this is a test of faith for all of God’s people. Keep doubting and it just may take 40 years in the wilderness for a generation of those undeserving of such a marvelous thing to die out. I’m sure I will get a lot of smacks for saying this, but it has to be said. Praying unceasing builds faith and faith that God will do as he has said is the most important message to cling to. For God always keeps his promises and he is not on man’s time table. His promises are in his Word. We are to read it, for the Word of God is one of the most important weapons of strength in the full armor of God.

Ephesians 6: 10-20

10Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the [b]wiles of the devil. 12For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of [c]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— 19and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

PUT ON THE FULL ARMOR OF GOD – Heavenly Treasures Ministry

God bless us all and pray unceasing. Take God with you in every step of the day, for he is in you and you are never alone. Speak to him in your thoughts of every thing you encounter in your day. This is the easiest way to explain “unceasing”, for the Lord knows we must work, we must eat, and tend to children and households. He does not mean to be in solitude always, but to speak to him always to ask him what you are seeing, and what you must do, ask him how to discern what is taking place as you are encountered minute by minute in the world you are living. Having faith is believing in his promise that he is in you and will lead you.

This is not a gospel blog, but this is a message we all need to hear. I know I do. For God’s ways are not man’s ways and all is done in his timing, not mans.
