In Summary
Despite overwhelming evidence that our own government agencies helped to fund the creation of the Covid bioweapon as well as the deadly Covid mRNA injections, the very same government agencies received a major boost in funding to continue dangerous and unethical research, produce more mRNA injections, and expand surveillance tools and mechanisms for control. By my estimation, agencies and programs funded through the Omnibus bill and NDAA that contribute to the biomedical control grid received somewhere in the ballpark of $150 billion. While the Omnibus bill does attempt to provide some oversight of dangerous research as well as restrict funding of research of pathogens in “countries of concern,” Congress has done nothing to address a complete moratorium on funding gain-of-function research elsewhere.
Over the past year and going into 2023, we have seen the creation of new agencies, offices, and bureaus to expand this biomedical control grid, such as the founding of ARPA-H, the creation of a pandemic czar in the new Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy under the President, and the establishment of the new Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy under the State Department. Advancing risky research in biotechnology, streamlining and consolidating control for a whole-of-government approach to the next “public health emergency,” and coordinating with international organizations to create mechanisms for global control appear to be the objectives of these new entities.
Some of the projects outlined in this report focus on a timeframe in or around the year 2024, such as the Global Health Security Agenda 2024 Framework. This timeframe coincides with the next presidential election, which draws comparisons to the release of the Covid bioweapon during the 2020 presidential election cycle. Also, by May 2023 or May 2024 the WHO aims to finalize and adopt their legally binding pandemic treaty at the World Health Assembly which would give the WHO more power in response to the next so-called “global health emergency.”
In summary, the 2023 budget enables the same perpetrators of the Covid catastrophe to advance and expand their biomedical control grid.
Although the Omnibus bill and NDAA both passed through Congress and were signed by Biden, this is not where the story ends. In fact, the fight has only just begun. New House Rules championed by the Freedom Caucus during the election for House Speaker could bring substantive change to the ways spending bills are passed in the House. The new rules include “cut-as-you-go” requirements to halt bills that increase mandatory spending, limitations on increasing direct spending through the reconciliation process, a requirement for single-subject appropriations bills, the termination of any unnecessary programs or agencies that have not been authorized by Congress, as well as constraints on raising the debt limit and taxes. Furthermore, the new House Rules reinstate the “Holman Rule,” which “allows amendments to appropriations legislation that would reduce the salary of or fire specific federal employees or cut a specific program.”
Now it is time to see if these new changes to the House Rules will rein in reckless spending. It is up to citizens to hold their representatives accountable by making their voices heard in mass. Restraining and defunding programs that violate civil liberties, drive the country to the brink of economic collapse, and expand this biomedical control grid must be a top priority in 2023.

Together, the BIS, Central Banks, UN, OAS, and the other international organizations and banks enjoying immunities and privileges, are a powerhouse that has the ability to move undetected, behind closed doors, with no transparency or accountability, and move their agendas forward with little to no legal ramifications. While people go about their days putting their children to bed, sending them off to school, getting themselves to work, and cooking a family dinner, these masterminds are plotting out everyone’s future in a gradual manner that most don’t recognize as the global takeover that it is. And yet, the clock ticks down as they attempt to accomplish their ultimate goal in less than seven years – a digital world with a digital workforce, a genderless society with no individualism or self identity, a transhumanist decay where humans meld with robots, in an environment where these powers hold the keys to control everything one needs to survive on, all with the exception of one thing – one’s soul.
Everyone thinks the IHR is the biggest torpedo coming at us. It’s one round in an endless trough of ammunition they can bring with no accountability unless multiple governments pull out of the UN, OAS, Federal Reserve, and rescind immunities. If this protection shield is not removed, no battle can be won. They have used and abused these immunities to launder trillions of dollars to build the control grid against humanity. People wonder why no one is held accountable and no one is in jail. Now you know. And the U.S. was the pivotal player is creating this force field.
By the way, none of these organizations pay taxes, on anything, they just siphon ours out. See how that works? So when Bill Gates moves his money from his Trust to his foundation and then out to GAVI, the Global Fund and other organizations, understand that he isn’t paying squat. And when he gets on his high horse to say he’s cool with having to pay more taxes than most because he’s a billionaire and should, understand that any small amount he does pay in comes right back to him 20-fold via billions in grants.
The way I see it, there are three ways to attack this…
1) Get this information to go global so it is exposed through every journalist, real media, social media, influencers, podcasts, radio shows, and in communities. The louder we are and the more we push, the harder it becomes for them to push back, and they are forced to change directions and switch up their game, and they get sloppy.
2) Everyone needs to find the list of immunities and privileges in their country and bring it to the attention of every legislator, demanding that these immunities and privileges be revoked. They also need to demand that their country pull out of the UN and OAS. They need to nullify the Federal Reserve and get out of the central banks and build state banks and a sovereign state that doesn’t rely on the federal government. There is no time to waste.
3) Everyone needs to stop funding our enslavement system by banking with them and investing in their stock, using their apps and devices to track and control us, shopping at the big box stores, bending to their “conveniences” and systems that are entrapments, and stop complying with so-called rules, mandates, and regulations that are meant to break you.
These people think they own you – prove them wrong.

The weaponization of the food system is one aspect of a much larger strategy to create a control grid over the entire global population. The “Build Back Better Bill” is packed full of slush funds, the Infrastructure Bill are funds designated to build the smart grid monitoring system that leads to human enslavement.
A Clearer Breakdown of What This Infrastructure Bill Is Really Funding
On November 5, 2021, Congress passed the Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act (H.R.3684) which was signed by the President on November 15. Yet another $1.2 trillion in nefarious “investments” to keep the money presses rolling. Most media sources summarize the 2740-page bill by lumping everything into spending categories, while leaving out some of the most critical data that shows what they really intend to fund. This report breaks down several key data and funding points, while drawing attention to some of the more questionable allocations.
This Infrastructure Bill also reveals how the entire transportation system is going to have control over what everyone drives including vehicle-to-grid 5G technology with kill switches installed, when they drive, access to transportation, an integrated payment system including a per-mile driving fee, the evolution of autonomous vehicles, buses, truck lines, and Amtrak’s expansion to reduce vehicles on the road. This bill boasts 27 pilot programs they want to document and roll into legislation for additional future control, and their “Build Back Better Bill” would provide the added funding for some of them, if that bill manages to get passed through the Senate.

Whereas the “Build Back Better Bill” is packed full of slush funds, the Infrastructure Bill are funds designated to build the smart grid monitoring system that leads to human enslavement. That said, both bills are about transforming this country into a fully surveilled and controlled system beyond what most people can begin to imagine.
