When you break the law and turn around in the next breath and say no one’s above the law…that shows a level of stupid that most people can only drop their jaws…and ask WHAT? Well, Merrick Garland outdid himself now and he just wrote his own prosecution for abuse of power and not following the law in proper procedures with a former president. Meanwhile, the Whitehouse doesn’t want to talk about it.
There is a lot of speculation on President Trump right now concerning the Secret Service and the rogue FBI moves in play. Will he be arrested? And what the heck for?
Well there are laws in place and it looks as though these have already been tossed to the side under the Nancy and Joey Regime as they topple the US government from the inside.
We know when the likes of Cuomo send out a Twitter warning to the Dems…it has to be very bad….

THIS WAS AN UNWARRANTED AND UNLAWFUL RAID OF A FORMER PRESIDENT’S PRIVATE PROPERTY AND THAT INCLUDES BREAKING INTO HIS SAFE! The Secret service assigned to protect the president must be present and work directly with the FBI in anything the FBI does. They broke that law. Just like President Trump said, this was prosecutorial misconduct.

1527. Agreement Between The FBI And The Secret Service | JM | Department of Justice
In the event of any other violation of law involving a protectee of the Secret Service for which the FBI has investigative jurisdiction:
- The same procedures shall be followed concerning control and presence as outlined above. The Directors of the Secret Service and the FBI, or their designees, shall agree to an orderly transfer of responsibilities.
- The Secret Service during the immediate period following the violation will maintain and preserve any suspects, witnesses, and evidence under its control until such time as the FBI assumes its investigative responsibilities.
- The FBI and the Secret Service will coordinate the subsequent investigation or investigations and the Secret Service will have presence in all phases of the investigations pursuant to its responsibilities under law.
The internal procedures are as follows:
- The FBI and the Secret Service will create internal directives to fully effect this agreement of procedures. In order to provide for an orderly and systematic investigation of the above described violations of law involving a Secret Service protectee where the FBI has investigative jurisdiction, the FBI and the Secret Service will construe the terms of this agreement liberally and will take such action as it necessary to insure a coordinated and complete Federal effort at every level.
- This agreement shall be reviewed annually by representatives of the FBI and the Secret Service, or at such other times an the FBI or the Secret Service may request, to insure that the agreement is both practical and productive. Revisions may be made with the mutual concurrence of the Directors of the FBI and the Secret Service.

She went on to say, “quite honestly, I’m concerned that they might have planted something…”
So the same guy, David Ferriero, who FAILED to preserve Hillary Clinton’s emails in 2015, is the one who accused Trump of “stealing boxes”, that lead to the Mar-a-Lago raid? Good grief can it get anymore obvious?
Kari Lake said on the FBI raid at Mar-a-Lago:
“I suppose this sets a precedent and I wonder if people like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton should be nervous if President Trump ever makes it back into the White House.”
