AMBASSADOR TO OUTER SPACE ALIENS? YES THE UNITED NATIONS HAS ONE

Just to remind everyone….the UN appointed an ambassador to Aliens from space in 2010.  I doubt many recall this, nor heard about it. Does anyone else’s head hurt?
